Decent product but if you ever have to call SMA tech support strap yourself in. Level 1 is quick and can fix a few issues but almost always have to send you to level 2. On a Good day you can get on the line with level 2 after 10-15 minutes of holding. On a normal day expect to sit at the job site on hold for at least 30 minutes. Also your call will probably drop after about 30 minutes so you have to call back and lose your place in line..therefore waiting until your turn in queue again..another 30+ minutes. Extremely aggravating and inefficient tech support.
