They are beyond awful. Will be quick to take your money but won't work out a voluntary payment. And if the payment isn't paid by the date they provide they "cant provide additional information" on the next steps stating its legal information. I suggest anyone dealing with them to obtain an attorney. They contact you regarding the matter and advise you to send a email but they don't follow up with you in regards to the email they advised you to send. They have hit me with a 30% garnishment twice and refused to reduce the percentage although it put me in a financial strain. No supervisor is ever available,and it seems like everyone is not properly trained. You'll get told one thing from one person and something completely different from another. I think a lawsuit should be filed against this entire office.

This is what happens to lawyers that barely pass grad school, and took the bar exam 10 times before passing.

Disgusting hounds that some how illegally broke in to my bank account and credit card account and drained it because I fell a few months behind on my payments when I fell on hard times after paying faithfully for 2 years. I hope someone gives this guy what he deserves!

They are good for nothing. Staff are very disrespectful and corrupt. I am glad I am done dealing with these criminals.

They don't give you a receipt or nothing you have to use what you have to use on your account the show if paid

Worst people and attorney's to deal with, they never try to offer any help they're very strict and unforgiving. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy the creepy picture of that asshat Randy Slovin tells you exactly the type of people you are dealing with. Beware if you miss a single payment they will garnish your bank account without any notice or a warning. It's a shame federal law allows these crooks get behind your back and put a financial burden on you. I hope you one day you become as miserable as you make others feel.

Garnished my wages and after paying the full amt, 6 months later now garnishing my wages AGAIN saying that I owe interest that my employer didn t know anything about.

I don't hate this company,it is them and there client that lie, it's just unfair and unjust.

They're crooks! They'll settle your debt then claim you owe more

After years of requesting a verification of debt, the attorney finally decided to send the correct info after our judgment hearing and the judge understanding I wasn't given valid information. After being told I could get a paid in full letter immediately after payment cleared, they then changed their mind and said they could only mail a letter out OR fax a 3rd party the letter with written permission. Not sure why their policy would be that they can send a letter to a 3rd party, but not to the consumer directly. They are rude and unhelpful. Trying to make things as difficult and unprofessional as possible.

Blood sucking duesch bags. Try to garnish my wages over $180 +80 court cost for a bill I'm trying to get cleared by my VA medical. Paid them over $700 of my own money while waiting for VA to pay it and I miss 3 months and they garnish my wages. I hope you can't sleep at night because you guys suck at life and have no heart. I tried to explain multiple times yet you have no soul and are the devil. Rot in hell

This is hands down the most rudest uncaring and brutal debt collector. They do not care about you or your problems. They garnished my wages asked them to take a little bit less cause I can't live on $200 a week so they literally took 1% less then when I lost my job and informed them of this they went into my checking account and took my money I had saved for my rent. I lost my apartment and have to move in with family. I can't wait till I'm done paying this off.

Crooks, they purchase debt and then sue hoping to get auto awarded claims.

Great company, treat their staff and clients with respect. It's like you are a part of a family. A great place to start off your career before you get exposed to the other areas of the field.

I am so discouraged with this firm. I have called 4 times and can never speak to anyone who can discuss my account with me. I have sent 6 emails with absolutely no responses. They take my money JUST FINE --but cannot return a phone call or respond to an email to save their life. HORRIBLE.

Well from what I'm reading they do the same to everyone. My stuff was from 2014, after 6 hours from my message they call back with nothing but attitude!! Once on the phone you can't get a word in because they try and talk over you the whole time. After being treated worse then gum on the bottom of a shoe, they hang up on me haha im so glad I have an amazing attorney. See you guys soon
