After years of requesting a verification of debt, the attorney finally decided to send the correct info after our judgment hearing and the judge understanding I wasn't given valid information. After being told I could get a paid in full letter immediately after payment cleared, they then changed their mind and said they could only mail a letter out OR fax a 3rd party the letter with written permission. Not sure why their policy would be that they can send a letter to a 3rd party, but not to the consumer directly. They are rude and unhelpful. Trying to make things as difficult and unprofessional as possible.
