I've had the opportunity of working with Slosburg Company across several of their properties and have never had such great customer service from a property management company. I would 10/10 recommend anyone looking for a new home, to consider leasing with them.
As was noted in another review, this company is also known as Richdale. I have lived in one of their properties for a little under two years,
a couple states away from their main office, and their policy is "out of sight, out of mind". Utilities are out constantly, often for days at a time or more, and management never seems to even be aware despite reports, as the people who actually work locally are only there to get leases signed and don't have the slightest knowledge or interest of anything going on. If you actually manage to get a hold of them (don't bother leaving messages, they don't return them), they will make sure to express in no certain terms that they don't know and don't care.
This company is also Richdale Apt. 80% of all their complexes are poorly maintained and have not been updated for a long time. This is from a renters point of view. I had a one year contract with them and had a number of problems, I will not live in their communities in the future. I gave 3 stars because they do have a few high class locations out of state that are ok.
As an Omaha resident in district 66, I am very disappointed in the Slosburg company for sitting on the land at 90th and Center. There is obviously tremendous opportunity to engage the local community by building mixed use space and connecting the Toll Park.
The decision to build a huge strip mall on the east side of 90th was also disappointing. Omaha does not need more strip malls. Geez. Take some pride in your city and get creative and proactive.

(Luxembourg apartments Minnesota, aka Richdale apartments, aka Slosburg Real Property) This place has been a living nightmare. Website is full of false advertising. Coward of a manager, Jordan (present in multiple complaints here), refuses to correspond in writing, he will call you so you have no admittance of responsibility or guilt on their part. So you ll have no record of their answer to complaints. Super shady. There is certainly no world-class service here. Let s start from the beginning:
1) tenants above us had to be removed because of 24/7 noise and weed smell complaints. Took months to accomplish.
2) the amenities will NEVER be finished. Ever. Promised all tenants the gym would be finished at least a year ago. There s even a picture on the website of the gym that doesn t exist! But they make sure to charge you an amenity fee every month.
3) the grounds are disgusting. Muddy patches of missing grass, dangerous potholes where plants have been removed and not replaced. Old, faded mulch. Exposed sprinkler lines that are tripping hazards. Oh and TRASH EVERYWHERE. I spend half my time walking the dogs keeping them away from discarded McDonald s wrappers and miscellaneous garbage. The same trash will sit there for weeks. I have lots of pictures of all of this.
4) apartment was FREEZING all winter (ice grew inside windows, see pics) , and the a/c runs all day in summer; I.e horribly insulated. Our heating and electric bills for a 600 sq. ft apartment is over $110 every month, year round.
5) maintenance is very unqualified. Quick fixes that look horrible and/or don t fix the problem.
6) the garbage bins are on the completely other side of the building and constantly overflow, spilling trash all over the floor. Summer the garage smells like hot garbage.
7) halls are filled with stained wet floors in many areas. Random trim will just hang unsecured and someone eventually tapes it. See pics.
8) Dog Run is just a gravel pit with a fence full of weeds and rocks.
9) constant construction (no idea what they re even doing because nothing progresses)
10) not sure what s going on with our mail but it takes 2 weeks for our mail to go as far as Chicago... likewise 2 weeks to receive mail..
11) this place is so cheap they recently decided to stop changing our refrigerator filters.. their excuse is that the city was is clean enough..
12) free cable (you pay in amenities), is non-HD garbage that is forced upon you to pay. Can t even rent in HD.
13) common areas that you re forced to pay for close at unreasonably early hours so there s no use for it unless you don t hold a job.
14) secure door by our apartment leading outside keeps getting broken by someone opening it too far. To fix this maintenance either jams a block a wood in there or puts a few random screws into the frame.. rather than replacing the proper parts of the frame and arm. More shoddy work from people that can t do their job correctly. See pics..
Bottom line: this place is not worth the insane cost to live here. They are funding future amenities at the expense of current tenants. No one stays here very long as evidenced by the constant in and out of moving trucks. It s an absolute NIGHTMARE. You ve been warned. If you re a current tenant with these issues SPEAK UP.
