Purely this review is based on price, received a quote for two and half times as much in comparison to several other stone companies. Would strongly recommend getting quotes from other companies as well before making a final decision.

Kiersten helped every step of the way and we could not have been happier with her assistance and precision. Once the stone was picked, the company was forthright with their measurement to installation timeline and they were exactly on the mark. Counter fit is in a word, perfect. Sloan Stone Design has a fantastic showroom with lots of different stone options. The staff are so helpful, pleasant and knowledgable. Derek Sloan was hands on during the process and made sure that we were happy with the installation and that we were 100% satisfied. Christie at Sloan Stone Design was amazing, and helped us make our kitchen dreams come true. She took our needs into account, gave us some examples of different types of materials, and then helped us to choose the most amazing "Leathered Granite" we had ever seen. Our counters are the "Wow" piece in our house, and everyone who comes in is blown away by them. Sloan's expert installers were in and out of our home in 30 minutes and did a top notch job getting the counters and sink installed. Awesome experience, and when we eventually update our bathrooms, Sloan will be the only place we look at.
The lack of customer service is awful. Walked in to get a quote for a granite counter top and was told they could not give us one. The fact that we read reviews and thought this was a good company to go with and then return with no quote and no countertops. Would never recommend this company to any one looking to redo their kitchen.

We worked with GCW Kitchens to customize a principal bath vanity. They proudly partner with Sloan Stone and I was able to bring a few quartz options home to see which best fit the light in the room as well as other design elements. Surprisingly, we picked a stone we wouldn't have chosen in the showroom. We went with Haida, a lovely white quartz with delicate grey veining. Sloan Stone came out and did the measurements and 2 weeks later installed our counter and 2 undermount sinks. They were efficient and professional. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend Sloan Stone!
After living in our home for 40 years we decided to update our kitchen counter and island with new quartz/granite counter tops. We researched four companies. Leanna Martin showed us different products and on subsequent visits discussed all aspects of the different products and installation process. We felt the Sloan team was a good fit for us and the cost was competitive. We wanted to keep our travertine tile on the wall. On installation day, some challenges arose and we had concerns whether this job could meet our expectations. Darius and his assistant came to measure for the matching backsplash. He spent time listening, discussing adjustments and finding a solution that would meet our critical eye. Today he installed the backsplash and we couldn't be more pleased. I should have posted this review about a year ago but better late than never.
We hired Sloan Stone to install all of our counter tops in our kitchen. Of all of the contractors we hired to complete our major renovations Sloan Stone was #1.
Our perimeter counter tops are Hanstone, and our Island top is granite. Our island is more the size of a Pennisula, lol and Sloan Stone was able to almost perfectly match up the seam. Sloan provided us with computer images of different seams and we chose the one we liked the most.
From start to finish Sloan Stone is a professional, well organised business and I would definitely hire them again.

Everyone is very pleased with the quartz countertop installation. Transformed the tired dated kitchen and bathrooms into a high-end executive home. The installation crew went above and beyond to make sure the countertop joined up to the existing backsplash. Co-ordinator was always rapid with email and phone responses and extremely helpful. Picked out our countertops for us and we did not have to leave the comfort of our lockdown homes. The time frames and appointments promised were exact for measuring and installation. Price and quality of product and workmanship are better than most if not all other local providers. Looking forward to doing our other kitchen as soon as safe to do so.

We just moved this summer to our beautiful 18 year old new home in Ilderton and just love it. The only problem was that the kitchen was worn with the standard one dimensional oak cabinets with a standard countertop. My husband and I descided to reno the kitchen and installed new cupboards from Maple Lawn Furniture and built everything in white which looked great but need that one last "POP" to the kitchen which is where Sloan Stone Design came in. From the initial meeting with Vanessa to the finished install with Mario the whole experience was so amazing....and the countertop put the kitchen over the top. My husband and I cant say thanks enough to all the staff at Sloan and their professionalism was exceptional.

Gorgeous selection, very happy with our new granite countertops (himalaya white), everyone was very nice and helpful, and great price. I am frustrated though that we weren't informed before install that we should have brackets to support our overhang of 12". It's installed now and so it's too late for us to have the hidden ones we would have much preferred and have to try to find something to support it (installers should have these on hand just in case and we would have been happy to add it to the bill).
