Ordered something from their online company, my ordered has apparently been delivered, two weeks ago now, but I don't have it.
Contacted customer service email, have not gotten a reply from them! Absolutely horrible customer service, lost my money!

Ordered item and paid good money . Empty packet arrived and was signed for by neighbour . Very slow to respond . Sleek make up eager to blame couriers .Totally unimpressed . Avoid this company at all cost.
Sleek Make up : the brand that didn't refund you the return payment when you ask a new palette because you receive a broken one. (30.97 euros for the initial order + 8.20 for the return). Customer service = 0
Absolutely gutted it's been changed completely- the Cream to Powder foundation is appalling now- the shades aren't even the same as before, let alone the confusion of the new useless names like C2P14- no one knows what that means in relation to the old shades! The consistency is so rubbish- it looks ashy, and has zero coverage as opposed to before, it was the go-to cheap brand. I don't know who decided to change the manufacturer etc but it's a major let down- I'm sure no dark-skins girls can use the foundation anymore. The old Sleek C2P was richly-toned, thick, creamy and had amazing coverage. GUTTED!!! Bring it back, please.
