Today 05-11-2013 my 2 children of 6 and 11 years ...

Today 05-11-2013 my 2 children of 6 and 11 years of age carry them to the sky zone for the first time. It buy a ticket of 2 hours for each one. To the 6:19 pm ..Everything well were expecting until the 7:30 start to play and the small boy loss the sticker to the 45 minutes ,,went to the reception where buy the ticket .
So that they gave me another new or I went to pay by the remaining time and did not leave me..It speak with the personnel and they said me that the boy no longer podia play but my $40 ..They did not help me and neither they gave me back the money of the time that remained to play.. horrible service but never carry my 2 kids to sky zone. Never I come back again..
