Skyrocket charged me for spare parts then never shipped them . I had waited 2 months for the parts to arrive from China . I ordered the new parts but by the time I caught their mistake they were out of stock again. Deplorable custome service. Been that way for 7 months and they're obviously not hiring anybody to handle the huge influx of customer's request . If it's so busy they must be making some money for Christ's sake hire somebody . Returned messages (email and voice) were rambling nonsense totally unresponsive to my complaint. Nesha

Worst customer service!!! When they know u need a ...

Worst customer service!!! When they know u need a replacement part they ignore your emails and when u call they never answer. Gave company a chance with recoil laser tag set $130.00 dollor item and one Gun was defective and when I sent them a email they did email me back but as stated when they found out I needed a replacement gun they ignored my emails. I took gun set back and bought a better brand more reputable and even contacted the BBB.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. MY SON PURCHASED ON LINE A DRONE. AS SOON AS THE DRONE LEFT THE GROUND HE HAD NO CONTROL. THE DRONE JUST TOOK OFF AND WAS NEVER SEEN AGAIN. WE CALLED CORY, SENT PAPER WORK AND WAS TOLD THAT THE DRONE WOULD BE REPLACED AND WAS ON THE WAY. THAT WAS 3 MONTHS AGO. NOW THEY DON'T EVER ANSWER THE PHONE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

TERRIBLE costumer service!!! The drone I bought my son for christmas had a motor problems 3 days in! I have been trying to get in contact since then and I am beyond frustrated. Don't waste your time or money!

I was very happy with my 2400. But then now it won't fly or connect to the controller at all I have two batteries replace the batteries in the controller. Call Skyrocket toys several times left my number several times nobody's calling back? Why is this? Hope they call me today's date is January 5th 2017

BEWARE!!! not trustful worthy company. THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND PRODUCT
i have been trying for months to get a human being to call me regarding a faulty toy. Instead they e-mail play game and expect me to buy another product even though i originally purchased a faulty product. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not stand behind their product.

BUYERS BE WARNED!!! I have to say that this is one of the worst excuses for customer service I have ever experienced! I am not even going to speak on the "pro" line of product that i purchased and will detail the experience further at the end of business today (giving them until that time to call me after a week of unsuccessful attempts.

Got a Pomsies Loomie, like many other reviews toy ...

Got a Pomsies Loomie, like many other reviews toy was stuck on try me mode. Cannot get a replacement as no longer stocked in Aus, 3 weeks after purchase. Head office told me, "As you are in Australia we are unable to assist, we do not ship outside of the US / Canada" Do not buy their products if you live in Aus. A quick search for reviews shows that around 30% of these toys had the same issue !!!!

This is an updated review because I have been help...

This is an updated review because I have been helped since the original post. I can understand why others have been giving bad reviews due to slow responses, which is something I encountered.

Once I was able to reach the support staff though it was another story. They have been quite helpful as I had lost my original drone and purchased a replacement thinking the controller should pair easily. They helped me try and troubleshoot the problem but it seemed that the issue was the controller and drone not being part of the same manufacturing batch. I received the remote and it works as it should.

I've enjoyed the drone so far and hope to continue flying it. Although it may be a little difficult to first reach the support staff, once you are able, they are more than helpful. A personal thanks to Kelle Rich who was my main point of contact.

First time drone pilot I love both of my SkyViper ...

First time drone pilot I love both of my SkyViper drones. The 950str is packed with advanced features at an entry level price. The nano is now my favorite pilot practice drone and is a blast to fly both indoor and out. As a beginner the larger bird is the way to go to start out though. I was told by a company rep to expect an FPV HD version to come out soon which is the only thing holding me back from getting the 950HD. I only hope for a more powerful transmitter and higher capacity battery to make it Perfect! Thanks SkyRocket for not being disappointing!!!!

My son received the Mebo robot as a Christmas pres...

My son received the Mebo robot as a Christmas present. Since January I have been trying to get a replacement battery. The first time I emailed customer service, I received a response instructing me what to do, I followed all of their instructions (mailed copy of receipt, UPC code, battery etc.) Since then I have not heard back from them and have no battery. I have emailed over 5 times, left messages at customer service and have gotten no response. I am disappointed, it was an expensive gift and can't believe they do not respond. DO NOT purchase any of their products. I wish I could give a negative star rating.

Horrible service. Email address is unmotinitored. Never answer their phones always asked to leave a message. Placed order for replacement parts 10 days ago and still hasn t shipped yet. Shady company, would not recomend ordering anything from them.
They have a F rating with the BBB. The other reviews have a owner response with a support email that the never respond too.
