Skyline security Review

Jonathan Delgado - Sales Representative. Jonathan recently came in to my small store being incredibly rude, loud, demanding, disrespectful and extreeeeemely entitled. He bragged about how much money he makes the entire time, only to leave a pitiful tip. Is this a reflection of how this company cares for their clients? I recommend checking Yelp reviews and googling "Skyline Security Brinks Home lawsuit" to see for yourself. 183 complaints within the past 3 years with 113 of them being service!!! I am not surprised. There are plenty more regarding how this company takes advantage of elderly clients and scams. This man has no regard for his clients or service workers.

To Jonathan - money does not give you entitlement to the exceptions you asked for from small businesses. It does not make you a good person, better than or desirable. I hope you heal and humble yourself and learn to treat others with kindness. No one cares about how much money you make - it will only fill the void and compensate for the ego for so long. I wish you better.

Edwin Arroyave - I suggest making service a priority and looking into polite, mature salesmen. The attitude and energy radiating off of this man is enough to turn any potential client away.

Awesome customer service. Everyone is so nice, and patient! Technician was so patient and took his time explaining everything. My home is fully secured, love all the updated devices and for a great price!! Very pleasantly surprised and glad I switched over.

Jerry was great! He provided excellent and outstanding customer service and completed work in my home, and made me feel comfortable using their services. Everyone has been so pleasant and easy to work with. I m very impressed with Reuben/Carlos. My husband had just been taken to the hospital. He prayed with me and for my husband and my husband pulled through. Reuben is a powerful Christian and I can t thank him enough for what he did for me. He even got my cable brought down 50 dollars. We are on a fixed income and he was so willing to help us. In my opinion he s a keeper for your company. Thanks again, Sheila

He was on time, he did a good job installing the system. He made the system easy to use.

Joey was the installation tech. He arrived on time. Confirmed the order. He had knowledge and skills.

Brinks/Skyline made it very easy to transfer from the prior security system, and without having to pay for new equipment. Like the technology. More features for the same price I had been paying prior company. As result, add 2 other features.

Don t understand or appreciate additional charge for using my charge card for the monthly payments. If the bank changes additional fees, deal with your bank, not add it to a paying customer s bill.

Looking forward to this being a mutually beneficial business relationship.

Jerry, Christian and Thomas walked me through every step and I felt so confident about handling the equipment on my own when they left. They were all so friendly and respectful. Jerry definitely had great knowledge of what he was doing and was so helpful. I am proud to be part of the brinks family!

Overall the installation went smoothly and Joseph started to explain the system to us and how to use it when the power went out so he was only able to review parts of the system. He needed an additional part to get the doorbell camera to work because of the way it was wired to our electricity. The part we had wasn t set up to support the video doorbell. He told us what to get and we were able to run to the hardware store and get so he could complete the installation.

The only reason I didn t give 5 stars is the fact that he left the parts from the previous alarm system on the kitchen counter. I would think he could have taken them to throw away or asked us if he wanted them in the trash instead of leaving a pile of unless parts.

Excellent service! Jerry explained everything to the last detail and did a great job setting all the equipment for us.
