The website, realskyline.com, provided detailed information about their services and listings, which was helpful. However, the overall customer service could be improved. It took longer than expected for them to respond to my inquiries, and at times, the responses were not very informative. Additionally, I found their pricing a bit on the higher side compared to other realtors I have dealt with in the past. On the positive side, the agents I interacted with were professional and knowledgeable. They were able to guide me through the process of buying a property. Overall, my experience with Skyline Realtors was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
