Stephanie Irons and Desare Kohn-Laski are fantastic. My husband and I just bought our first condo with our VA loan. I don't think it would have happened without Stephanie and Desare. So many people say how much of a headache it is to find the perfect home and it never made sense to me. You like it? Is it within budget? Done! Fortunately for me, I still don't understand it fully thanks to my amazing realtor, and now friend, Fernanda Thomas. She took care of everything, and I mean EVERYTHING!! For me, each day was more exciting than the next. From the moment we started searching for our forever home to the moment papers were signed. Yes the process took a little longer than expected, but I can be quite picky. Fernanda found us the perfect home that checked all of our boxes!! Great school, great house, great neighborhood. She was the first realtor to actually take me around and show me the units that I was interested in.
