This was an awesome place with a great idea for fun for kids and adults! My cousin loved celebrating his birthday here. I would only suggest a toddler area so my son could enjoy it as well! There s so many older kids running around that my son was scared to join in. Table service also sounds like a great idea.
Attendants accumulated in the party section so children had to wait for someone to open the Wipeout or come to the counter for a drink/snack. Only saw one attendant staying in ultimate dodgeball area. Maybe better for smaller children.
Beautiful place to visit. But the EMPLOYEES were not wearing their mask!!! How do you expect a toddler to keep a mask on properly when the grown staff does not.
Had a great time until the manager came over and stated that my 1 1/2 yr old had to wear the mask over his nose as well. I get it i understand.... But the EMPLOYEES were not wearing their mask!!! How do you expect a toddler to keep a mask on properly when the grown staff does not. Not to mention he was rude and had a nasty attitude. We visit this location very often.... But never again....the managers attitude done it for me. Id rather spend my $100+ elsewhere where my children are shown manners and respect!
Lots of different things to do. Kids had a blast and can't wait to return! Clean and friendly staff.
Worst experience my kids has had. They were bored within 30 minutes of getting there. The staff does not let the children play for what you pay. I will definitely not be back. Defy gravity is way better. Sometimes it's better to stick with what you know instead of trying something new...
The atmosphere is much more catered towards young adults than it was young children. This was my experience at 5:00 p.m. on a Sunday. Different times may definitely have a different feel.
Nice place to take kids. The setup is pretty good and kids can go from one trampoline section to another. They have a basketball trampoline area as well as an area setup for dodgeball. I definitely recommend

Poor customer service at my daughters birthday party. Very very rude events manager who threw her hand up at one of my guests when she was asking for a knife. They are so worried about everyone wearing there masks properly but they forgot 5 pizzas and I couldn t even feed all my guests. Priorities are way off. Recommend elsewhere. It was a complete clown show except for the guy Mel.
