these guys are top notch. we had no well water feeding our pressure tank. they came over within 2h of calling. Within 5 min they fixed the relay problem

We had such peace with them working on our well. Our pump went out. They were able to come out same day and removed a pump that was very old and a miracle he was able to pull it out!
Then when we decided to get the pump replaced, they came out someday!

Lone Star's customer service and technicians are fantastic. Within 24 hours I was contacted, received an estistmate, and had a new pump and tank installed. Every interaction was polite, expedient, and professional.

The technicians seems very knowledgeable and responsive. Didn t have the service call charges explained to me beforehand (partly my fault). Communication could have been better on timing and their need to come out multiple times given their busy schedule.
I also spent $700 on a new control box only to find out three weeks later that my pump was also defective. In order to get the full pump extended warranty the pump and box have to be replaced together.
