What is going on with yalls website??! When i log in my account its shows nothing! Not even my car balance! I cant even make a payment! Fix yalls website! This is not professional!

I just received my title in the mail 21 days after paying it off with no problems. I paid every month, on time and never had a problem. When I had a question, the rep would answer it or put me on hold to find out. The interest rate was high but only because of poor financial decisions I made in the past. So, you gotta pay to play. Overall, if your in a sticky credit situation but need to rebuild, this is a good place to start. Just be sure you can afford the payment even in tough times.

I am being charged an outrageous interest rate. Thinking about refinancing with a different lender.

Trying to collect on a vehicle that was totally paid for and I'm pretty sure we are going to take a hit on our credit that we spent more than a year on trying to improve.. predatory lender .. do not do business with this company.. they take advantage of hard working people with no credit with loans you'll never pay off... -5 out of 5 stars

Since my credit rating was not that great I knew I would have to go with a lending company that would stick it to me rate wise. With 3 months left to go on this loan all if a sudden my auto draft didnt go through. I was assured by the representative that called that it wasnt my fault. They wanted permission to draft my account. I expressed my concern that I was afraid that the auto draft would indeed go through. Oh no no it won't I was told. Well it did go through, they made me jump through hoops, lose my cool and finally I had to get my bank involved to recover the over payment. It was ridiculous the way In
was treated. Do not recommend and will be glad to get through the next 2 months when my car is paid off.

I ve been making payments with them for 3 years now I have had 1 extension when covid 19 hit everyone in 2020 sometimes I ve had probably 4 late payments which I would precisely say 7 days late now fast forward 2021 I have a daughter in the hospital that I m paying for out of pocket insurance doesn t cover everything and I m asking for an extension/deferred payments and they are saying no you already had one we can give you a minimum payment and split payment and I m telling them I will not have anything because I m paying for my daughter s health they have no care in the world I will let this car go I don t care about a 2015 vehicle I can get a better car later when I m done paying for my daughter so yo lost on a customer skopos. I was told this by a representative and a manager!

I didn't have any credit and this was my first car. I'll always remember them as helping me get my first car. Thank you!
