Bourbon lovers stay away! Stopped going to Highland Park Binny s because I have never been able to get any of the allocated bourbon there. I am not talking Pappy s or BTAC, but other stuff you would expect to find from time to time such as WSR, Stagg Jr or 107. Other Binny s do have these from time to time, so I have opted to take all my business a little farther from home.

They recently purchased the adjacent space in the mall. Staff tells me they are the 2nd largest in the chain, in terms of square feet. This store is just across the county line, and the Lake liquor tax is less than Cook county. They have; a party room, a large walk in humidor, a large walk-in room for collectible liquor (seriously, a bottle of Scotch for $3,699??) And a display kitchen (like on the cooking TV shows). Plenty of parking. If you are any type of connoisseur (beer, wine, hard liquor), if the staff on the floor does not have the knowledge and expertise you require, someone in the Binny's chain most likely will.

What does it say about me that I'm rating a liquor store? Let's not go there. Recently expanded and remodeled, this place is like Disneyland for bourbon lovers like me who liked bourbon before others "discovered" it. They have a massive wine selection and expanded humidor as well. Staff are very knowledgeable and are pretty easy to find walking the floor when you've been sent to find "that wine that I had that one time with the red raised lettering on the label."

Bunny's has a great selection of almost everything. And they're super helpful when you're looking for something specific. Found a smoked Porter from Three Floyd's there, so good. And they carry wine from Castelliare, a beautiful vineyard in Tuscany, I was there once. It's good wine.

Huge variety and helpful knowledgeable staff. I came in with a decent list of hard to find liquors and Binny's staff was able to help me quickly find just about all of it plus make recommendations for others that were similar or complimentary. Can't wait to get back there.

High marks for this location and the size and remodeling well done condition. The store has a great selection a great history and a great staff. They need to update the Dempster one in Morton Grove to somewhere still in Morton Grove but more contemporary and perhaps a tad larger

Binny's is a great place to buy anything you could possibly want. The prices are awesome and the service is great. They have a huge variety of all types of wine and a huge amount of liquor. Since its expansion the store has been just as good as before. Good service and fast checkout. I totally recommend Binny's for all you liquor needs.

Huge assortment of wine, beer & spirits. Surprised at the depth of selection on high quality spirits, bourbon, scotch or vermouth as an example. Fair pricing. You might find some products cheaper somewhere else but many of products just are not available anywhere else.

Don t bother trying to snag any good bottles of bourbon unless you are a friend of an employee. Shame on the Mgr of this store to allow employees to lie about their stock. If they are not interested in re sellers they need to tell people to come in and look and not just lie that they don t have the stock. I am not a reseller and looking for 1 bottle of the bourbons they say they never have but yet have sold to others. I am contacting binnys corporate to see if this is just this managers Policy or binnys corporate policy!

The Wine Manager names Chris, Asked me if he could help, although I was getting pre-purchased wine for my boss. When I meet Chris, he asked me for my number and my home address. Chris, promised me that he would send out pamphlets and information so that i could be on the list of customers, however, Chris, wanted more then just that, when I gave Chris my information. Chris, took it upon himself to google me and when he did contact me, he was trying to hit on me and my pamphlets were NEVER sent, MY INFORMATION WAS MISUSED and Chris, kept asking me about my age and how guys think that i'm younger than what i'm. This company hires women-misers who in-take information and try to date the women and also I know that Chris is married and he wanted us to be a secret and his wife is sick in Wisconsin. What a scum bag and the company too for having such a individual there this is in violations of my human and privacy RIGHTS!!
