Just held a national conference in the hotel. Everything was perfect! The event staff most helpful, food delicious, and rooms very nice. All details were handled professionally. Highly recommend the Skirvin.

Only pitfall was the national Hilton reservation department not understanding the arrangements for
block of rooms we reserved.

We stopped in spontaneously to stay the night, but ended up leaving due to the parking and the fact that there was a formal event going on. It was in no way The Skirvins fault and we plan on going back. Beautiful place!

Exceptional service! The entire staff is friendly and respectful. The valet is quick and helpful. The rooms are homey and comfortable. I didn't get a chance to sample the restaurant, but I hear great things. A definite must when in OKC!

The Skirvin is easy to find downtown. The ambiance and decor of the lobby are everything a hotel should be-leather club chairs, red velvet, helpful-yet-unobtrusive staff, with a lovely piano lounge and an upscale restaurant attached. I cannot say enough about the muted rose scent downstairs in the lobby, either. They should bottle this stuff! The ghostly rumors added a thrill to our stay, but we were not sad to sleep soundly. The rooms were clean and nice, but a bit of a let down after such a fancy welcome in the lobby. The rooms were rather ho-hum and could use more flair.

We went to a dinner theater at this hotel and had a great time. The hotel itself was beautiful, the actors performed very well, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint about our experience was the food. The chicken was great, but it came with a topping that was not indicated when ordering.

Staff was great! Lauren at the front desk was really nice as was both of the valet guys. The hotel itself was beautiful on the outside and the lobby was very historical looking. Room was spacious and comfortable, very clean, save maybe for the surfaces so be conscious of that. Room smelled vaguely of the previous guests' room service meals. Room service itself was just alright. $10 parking.

Very relaxing birthday. Not impressed by the room furnishings tho, I also saw mold in the bathroom above the tub. The maid service is not paying good attention! I was very impressed with Eddie and Hattie and our room service gal, can't remember her name, they brought me wine and desserts!! Very surprised and appreciative!! We will return.

I loved this hotel. First off, I love haunted places. And this place has one of the best haunting stories I've heard. Look it up... I'm sure it'll make you laugh too. The inside is awesome! All of the gargoyles in the lobby are amazing. This place manages to have the perfect mix of luxurious and creepy. I highly recommend that anyone in the Oklahoma city area visit. You will not be disappointed, I assure you.

For such a higher end establishment, I was not very impressed. Stayed overnight during the week, but a room with a king bed was not available...no explanation why. Its not like okc has that much going on for such a large hotel not to have a specific room available. I had to arrive late with inclement weather...valet parking was nowhere to be found. Room was fine until I went to shower from getting caught in the rain and the bathroom definitely had not been cleaned appropriately. For the price, it was not anywhere close to a satisfying experience.

Did no stay at hotel but had drinks in the bar. Hotel atmosphere is great and has all the historic value. The bar is nice ans view from 14 floor is great. Unfortunately I didnt see any ghosts.

The Skirvin is wonderful! So glad they are doing so well. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The check in is fast, the lobby is decorated well. Every time we stay we really enjoy ourselves. Close to everything and The Park Avenue Grill is the place to eat. Pricey, but hey it isn't Motel 6, you pay for the luxury.

The Red Piano was nice and quiet when I went on Friday. The drinks were good and the staff was friendly. I took off a star because there are just too many big chairs stuffed into a small room. It was hard to manoeuvre into seats without having to move several other chairs.

Parking is very hard, the area is constantly under construction out front. If you end up staying just know parking is very far if you do not use valet. Order in if you're staying from postmates or doordash and tip your driver well

Found candy on the floor and trash in the trashcans when we first arrived. Later we found that we had no fitted sheets and no comforter on the bed. Also found crumbs in one bed. Pretty dirty.. For such a high end expensive Hilton property I would expect way more, also holding them to the higher standard that Hilton claims to be.

We booked a room through priceline. The "superior king" room which was a $38 difference from the regular king size room. Upon arrival the front desk informed us we would be staying in the regular king room. Of course we asked for the hotel to refund the difference but they informed us since we booked through a 3rd party they couldn't do that. So we called priceline and they said they would have to get contact with the motel to confirm the downgrade. They confirmed it but informed us that the hotel refused to pay us back the difference. So we basically got screwed out of $38. Honestly I don't see how they can call themselves a 4 star hotel. If had a better room and all around experience at at 3 or 2 star motel. Don't waste your time on this place.

The Skirvin is a beautiful historic hotel, the decor is amazing. My mother took us to the hotel for a tour, because she used to play there as a child and wanted to share a place so beautiful from her childhood.

Shacked up here during a road trip with my dogs and had a great stay. Check in was easy and staff were helpful. Guests with pets are booked on a specific floor. The accommodations were superb. The bed was quite comfortable, wifi was strong, and the seating are and work desk were decent. Didn't really watch the tube but there was a decent TV in the room. A decent bar and restaurant are located off the lobby, but there are good sites to see and tons of great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. I highly recommend the botanical gardens and other nearby parks. Car parking is ample and easy, either on the street or in the neighboring garage, with valet service available. Get some Waffle Champion in the morning when you check out.

They don't pay much attention to the details. The HBO guide in the room was from May and it is mid-june. If you want a one-hour late checkout, it is an extra $100. The rooms are $259, so you think they could let you have an extra hour for a conference meeting at their hotel.
