Parking is pricey and utterly exorbitant! Finding a wheelchair parking slot is not intuitive and directions don't exist. The attendants are helpful and friendly. However, the parking office staff person is cryptic.

I am a patient at North Shore orthopedic Institute. I've been seeing them for 5 years after a very bad injury. They are amazing Dr and wonderful staff. Highly recommended if your insurance covers it.

The building is very nice, all the people working desks are extremely nice, friendly and helpful. The elevators are interesting in that they are controlled by touchscreens in the center of the hallways of the elevator sections. Parking is convenient with a multistory parking garage connected to the building that the elevators can take you to, although driving from one level to the next takes you though very tight turns so expect to take special care here.

I'm a new patient of North Shore Medical Group and see my Orthopedic at this location. This review was done after my first ever visit here. ALL the staff in this department were especially nice, friendly and helpful. The doctor I seen was extremely nice and friendly. This man took his time and explained things to me in great detail and LISTENED. There was no feeling of being rushed and I was SO very impressed with the time taken. So far everyone who I've seen from North Shore have been extremely nice and took their time with me, but the Ortho stood out on this occasion.

So far I think everyone at this location are entirely friendly and nice.

The staff was very helpful since it was my first time going to that location. I was slightly disappointed that I couldn't see the person I was going to see but I love the area and that time of evening wasn't so bad that I got to explore a little more. Would love to visit again.

This is where my MD office is at. Parking in building is convenient but expensive. However if you purchase a minimum at Treasure Island you can get a validation for a certain amount of time. That being said, there are salons hardware store pharmacy grocery store in this building. If I lived here I would never even need to leave.
