To be a site of beauty and technology I think it does not have the decoration and the protocol it should have. In Latin America this company represents from the reception to the talks how exquisite an experience with health and beauty is. The person who treated me very kindly but is not adequate to represent the company also that there are no explanations of the products for new users. Everything looks dirty and old.

To be honest, product is good but the customer service is really disappointing. I had a refund with this company. I feel like nobody really cares about customer s needs. They do really response your email or massage immediately, however it s an automatic reply that s really doesn t matter your request. Even though I got the reply from an real staff but they never mention about my questions. I feel like deal with lots of people but nobody can solve the problem. The customer service online is pretty nice and friendly but nobody tell me when can I get my refund exactly. It s been almost one month, Just need to know why it s so hard to get a refund from your company?

Really poor customer service! Not experienced staff at all. So sad because the product its amazing but with people that work like no professional matters the company looks so bad. I'll keep ordering online forget about coming to the store again. Really disappointed

Wow this store is a rip off. Why are all prices inflated compared to online? I go into the Nu Skin store and they still charge a Freight/Handling Fee. I would recommend avoiding the store all together. Buying it online is cheaper.
