I work there and people are great just a lack of communication in management but my boss is a great guy to work for (PH) and love it or I wouldn't been there over 10 years. Nurses that's had other pharmacies prefer skilled care over the other ones because skilled care has faster service for new admits than the other pharmacies and better customer service plus skilled care drivers dress professionally and not in sweat pants or jeans with holes.
Just got off the phone with a lady by the name of Cindy from billing telling her that one of parents passed away a few weeks ago and that the billing stop, and she said that the bill still had to be paid, told her nope and she hung up me! Very rude person and no sympathy whatsoever!
