The way I was met by Connie at the front desk when I frantically had belt problems was especially noticed!

Good standard, easy parking. Very good food and breakfast.

Great hotel in good location. Naturally enough built with the use of a lot of slate.

Slate Terrace: welcoming rooms, but perhaps a bit draughty and cold in winter. Rich menu. Food beautifully arranged. Service and taste, however, is decreasing. The waiter is not quite at height (neither in terms of mood or helpfulness), and it takes almost an hour before the food comes to the table. The lunch dishes are mostly tasteless, and the Club sandwich for the undersigned mostly contained bread .... Slightly disappointing. We had expected more.

Incredible listening in the hotel room, getting poor sleep because of this ... heard the party in the basement when we were in the fourth, very good!

Poor dinner buffet. The beef was tough. The chicken is raw inside.

Negative; too loud music "Noise" the doors in and out of the building at both ends slammed so hard that the lights on the ceiling waved like in a storm to the food stuck in the throat. The staff could with advantage smile a little more. There is no point in just looking pretty.

In the summer, this hotel is filled with busloads of tourists who have to stand in the breakfast queue, check-in / check-out queue. The beds should have been changed and for hygiene reasons the hood is missing. Lacking shampoo, etc.

I spontaneously did not book today, why? Well the house is certainly great and I really wanted to go to the spa but a modern house with its own transformer station next to it, which a customer without a min. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to leave 11 kW of charging in the snow. Take a closer look at the Norwegian product ZapCharger. Small investment with a big impact. Unfortunately, they can only win me as a customer at the next opportunity. Today I'm in another hotel because it bothers me if you do not try to solve the customer's problem. Without a credit card and with a mobile phone from Switzerland you can not start the fast charge ...

Nice hotel in center of Oppdal. Older standard of the room. The ac did not work but it was quiet outside so the window could be open during the night. The breakfast was ok but not the greatest selection.

The hotel is big and modern. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom could be a bit more modern and the breakfast is rich. A good hotel for a short stay

Short distance from the railway. Lousy TV, minus the wall to wall carpet otherwise ok rooms. Small selection for breakfast / lunch, nor impressed with dinner from the menu. Communal dinner was good.

Here it seemed like they had spent all the money on the interior designer and let the rest go on a low budget. For the hotel is great and centrally located. But that's really all.

Breakfast seemed like the receptionist was rushing with him from Rema 1000 across the street. Missed eggs, fish / mackerel, fruit, ran out of milk and actually did not even have water! I had to refill my glass at the front desk. As my 7-year-old daughter said: "Dad, I make better breakfast than this at home myself and now we are like in a hotel" ...

Otherwise, they could have spent a little smile on the night shift and installed a couple of sockets / charging points in the rooms. Speaking of charging points; if you charge the electric car a little, they charge 150 kroner for it.

The three stars are for the hotel's design, location and that the staff during the day were very nice and seemed more service-minded.

Was there during the winter break with two small children and grandmother. Very good arrangement for children, with bouncy castles, playroom, children's spa and activity leaders. Spacious and nice lobby with lots of seating areas. Good beds in the room, varied and good menu and fantastic service. Thank you to Hotel Manager Michael who facilitated a pleasant stay, for both young and old!

We are always happy to be here. A nice hotel in the middle of the village and very good kitchen. The rooms are spacious.

Place is not very nice. Pizza arrived cold and staff not friendly at all and starts at reception. I would not recommend this place

Nice room, central location if you stop on your way over the mountain. Great food in the restaurant.

Ate the tenderloin of lamb here tonight, and there were exquisite flavors on the whole plate. Everything from suitable fried meat to lots of vegetables with "good resistance". In short - a good dining experience. And when the service also appears to be both knowledgeable and interested in the customer, yes - then it will be a positive experience overall.

A little unsure of the room we had because my husband had marks on the body that looked like bedbugs in the morning, otherwise pleasant

Looks like one new to fancy hotel, but bad beds and dusty furniture in the room that looks very old. Not a single socket in the bathroom, only 1 by the bed, so the shaver with cord works poorly here. The service was terrific and service minded.

A new hotel has not yet been spoiled by time and ambition.

Everything was absolutely brilliant. Lovely corner room with panoramic views, wife got the very high quality Spa treatment and a thank you to the chef for a great meal.

No floor heating in the bathroom, no phone in the room, breakfast only until noon. 1000 and check out already at. 1100. This was drawer. Gentle service in the restaurant.
