Office complex in Sarjapur Bangalore. Houses Nutanix, Brillio, Quicken etc

Terrible construction. After a delay of 5 years even the windows are not straight. Beams are crooked, quality of finish is very low. Bought a flat going on the name but obviously that was a bad decision we've got to live with.

Place is good. But not a big teck park. Just a building with good infrastructure. Not 100% maintaining. Just ok with their work.

This is new building named as THE HUB constructed by SJR located near sarjapur signal next to BIG BAZAAR EXPRESS where many offices have open.

Such a nice place, inside interior is very attractive, many it companies are there. Nice feeling

This is the worst builder ever. Please do not transact with them. They don't deliver anything on time; be it the flats or the refund. The MD doesn't respond to customers. Also the construction quality of whatever they build is pathetic. Avoid this builder if you don't want to loose your hard earned money.

This building is present in good and convenient location. There are many companies in this building along with SJR primecorp which is at ground floor. Ambiance and decorations are good. Ample amount of parking space too. Currently (during covid situation) they are allowing visitors for parking.
