Full of things to do, excellent service. Amenities are top notch. Food is exemplary. Price is as expected of a 5 star establishment.

A definite go-to place if you want to treat yourself.

This place is really amazing. I would recommend people to go visit this place as it had wonderful nature in it. Visit this place with your family or friends. It has a lot of activities in it. Such as helicopter riding. Swimming, arcade games etc. Enjoy this place with your heart as it will enlighten you to your best form!

It s a place who loves nature.
Food is good.
Room service is quick.
Health club is small and so is swimming pool.

I had visited there three times already! So far best place in Bangladesh! Huge area! Many options for recreation! Humble and well behaved staff! Also went there consecutively two years back to back during ramadan and enjoyed there discount offers! I loooooove their food! They always maintain their highest standard. Never disappointed with food. You will find peace and solace in there because of the pristine nature.

We stayed there for two days we went for our mini honeymoon! The trip was worth it for sure. Two days is just enough to roam around & see everything. We were impressed by the hospitality of Junior supervisor Mr Saleh. He was nice and helpful.

As always, their service is highly commendable, world class I must say. Their customer service skills is something that all the other resorts in the country should follow. Everything about this resort was obviously given a proper thought and planning keeping the customer's satisfaction in mind. I love coming back to this place again and again.

But there are a few things I've observed from my last visit which i didn't like:

1. The room given to us has a strong musty smell, I couldn't stand it. We informed them about it and they immediately sent someone to give some spray. I don't know whether the smell really disappeared or we just got used to it.

2. The restaurant tends to get overcrowded during breakfast and lunch. I felt really uncomfortable during the experience. I wish they can come up with a solution to this.

3. This next one, I'm not sure who to blame. This is one of those chronic problem of people in this country whenever I go to any resort. "One must take a shower first before going to the pool". It's a general rule, everywhere! We complained about this and we saw the staff informing the guests but some people are just really stubborn and disgusting. Also, jeans in the pool is so not ok, naked babies in the pool is so unhygienic. Calling the attention of the management of the resort, it's okay to be a little more strict in your rules and regulations. The staff you have in your pool area should be more attentive and with a stronger personality to make sure the guests follow the rules.

4. There are some parts of the resort which are restricted. Why not put a sign or a gate to inform guests ahead instead of being apprehended by a staff, it's very awkward.

5. Maybe some swans, geese or ducks in your lake area would be a nice addition, i hope you consider.

6. There are very less swings in the resort, please add some more, even tree houses would be nice or some places where we could lay some mats on the grass and just have tea or snacks.

Here are some of the things why love this resort.

1. The management is awesome! They even bother to call us in our room to make sure everything is alright and if we need anything else to make our stay better.

2. A "Welcome back" cake for frequent guests!

3. Yes, you can request a better pillow, a feather pillow, if you don't like they have provided in your room.

4. A restaurant staff gave me box of meringue cookies, even if i didn't ask for it, just because he saw me taking the meringue garnish in one of the plates. That's so sweet of him! I was smiling the whole time.

5. There's a doctor in the resort in case you need one.

6. Food is just unbelievably delicious. Nostalgia especially is high recommended. The staff is uber friendly, loved every moment I was there.

This place exceeded my expectations. The humongous size of the resort was honestly refreshing and it felt like it was worth the sizable amount of money it took from us. It is green so it pleases an environmentalist like me. There are multiple attractions, like swimming pools, gaming area, many restaurants, kids water park, and beautiful paths to walk on (along with others as well). It is definitely luxurious: the rooms are decent with a great size and the bathrooms have a pleasant interior. Views are great too!

They have a lake, pathways for a jogger's delight, beautiful views, and refreshing air free from the pollution the cities have. It was good to have a break.

The biggest downside? The food. Everything I tasted was genuinely bad except the croissant, Danish pastry, and chocolate syrup in the breakfast buffet. The various restaurants charged plenty but none of the food was tasty at all, not even as something simple as a burger even with enough sauce to try to fix it. The food was my only bad experience and it felt like I was running on croissants all day.

We went during the pandemic and they had extremely good health practices! I felt quite safe. The swimming was safe too because less people were allowed so it was mostly me with my large family. The swimming pool was a decent size!

it has become one of my favorite place to visit and stay. All staffs are well mannered and welcoming. Covered almost 95% of places in my 2 nights stay. Could have explored more if I could have stayed there for another day but I can't, my soul wanted to stay more but I almost emptied my fund.
Fool quality of my in room dining was absolutely okay but price is higher. I can ignore the high price by comparing to it's quality.
Went to swimming and luckily none was there except my family and 1 staff who was there as a life guard.
I also took several memorable boat ride in the lake which was mesmerizing to me.
Since it is a huge place you can take open buggy (small car) to extract this place's beauty.

"The Palace Luxury resort " is the most famous 5 star resort in the country. It is a pride for the country as well as for Habiganj District. Food, rooms, villas, pool, kids zone, hall room -- all services are of international standard. Eye catching interior and impressive cleanliness. Matchless outdoor natural environment will please you undoubtedly. Security is high concern in this very remote spot ; and in my visit, I am happy to see that, they are maintaining it remarkably.

So, this is a place, which offers facilities that money can buy with great worth.

An excellent getaway destination in Bangladesh for you and your family.
The rooms are nice with all expected amenities included. The tower building is recommended if you are looking for a scenic view.
There is plenty of stuff to do. You can ride a boat in the lake, go swimming in the heated pools or lay back and watch a movie in the in house theater. There is water park, play zone and a game zone to keep the children entertained.
The staff are welcoming and food is amazing
