Euroclinic Review

No COVID safety measures. They don t respect the time of the appointment. They book more people at the same time. Poorly organized and understaffed.

The doctors and nurses were attentive, knowledgeable and took great care of us. The prices were more than fair.

Chaotic and useless!! Reception staff very rude and poorly trained!! Waiting time was fine. Doctor check was useless, had to go somewhere else!! And all this for super expensive prices!! Never again! Nobody from Regina Maria is checking what people say here?!?

Regina Maria worst locations. After long que when my turn come on ground floor receptiom i was sned to 1st and rhen M floor. When one od reception could had just registered and send tp docter room. When i reach do tee room she was on phone ajd rhen left ti make calls Very unprofessional attitude

Really rude staff and unprodessional doctors. Dissapointed. Plus i was initially told that i had to pay 204ron.. Ended up paying 280..because of reasons.

Friendly staff but organization is appalling. Especially taking into consideration the pandemic, they let a lot of people in the lobby, thus creating a cram there. The receptionists are 3 in number (they should have way more) and sit less than 1 meter one next to the other, thus the lines forming for each of them are close to each other as well.

Later edit. In the evening, when it was less crowded it was way better.

This hospital has proven very professional for me. The nurses are very helpful! The cost is higher being private, but for surgery, the quality can be compared with top hospitals from Europe. I have had the pleasure to receive service from one of their top surgeons, Marina Dumitras. Thank you very much!

Appointment at 16:15. Doctor arrives at 16:22 on premises when he should've been there at 16:00. AND there are two appointments between 16:00 and my appointment at 16:15.

Only been here for a consultation. It looks clean. The staff was polite and nice.
I was not expecting so many people appointed at the same time with me, even if it did went pretty fast.
The doctor tried to sell me an extra investigation even if the motivation is (we should all do it once in lifetime), but she dropped it fast and elegant as soon as i refused, so no hard feelings there.
Pretty long line of people waiting outside to be processed.

Prices are indeed high, but they offer some packages that can be useful for healthy people.

Worst clinic ever, doctor gave me a wrong diagnosis, he had no idea. never come back here
