Top company. Once she was a third-rate but now one year, one of the best employers in Berlin. It is done more for the employees than in other companies. Drinks in the summer or winter, events, events, feasts for families and much more is done for agents. If I did not see it myself I would not believe it. Keep it up !!!

I started at Perform with Chaker which was a mega good time and for the first time I saw a team leader who is respectful and human with someone.

For me personally the best that could happen to me! I have been employed at Sitel for 3 years and can not imagine my dear colleagues and the nice working atmosphere. I think that when you have found something, you have finally arrived!

Very bad employer. Guess everyone from who wants to work there. It used to be a very good company, but that s over. The new management has no idea how to run a company and has no appreciation for its employees. Humanity comes last here. Works council also dances the way the company wants and does not support the employee at all.
On top of that it's a drug shed so you only have to take a look in the toilet.

I want to protect everyone who wants to apply with all my heart!

Worked here for over 6 beautiful years. Except for two colleagues in the last project, all nice colleagues. Bullying and then too much for me.

Criminal company! Loses all telecom projects due to internal frauds by the management & has not paid sick leave or vacation compensation to all employees of these projects for 2 months, who now have the problem of being unemployed soon anyway.

I have been working for Sitel for a month and have had a good feeling about this company from the start. I had the interview with the HR woman and she is so friendly and helpful.
I had problems registering the gym pass and contacted Sitel via Facebook. The next morning I received an answer and they immediately contacted the local human resources department to solve the problem as soon as possible. The problem has now been resolved and I am happy about it because I want to take advantage of the advantages that the company offers its employees.

At the reception the women are also very friendly and always in a good mood.

The colleagues in the project I'm working for are also very friendly and helpful. It is an interesting project and a lot to learn.
My team manager is someone I wanted to have as a manager much earlier. Nice, helpful and regular to his employees to see if everything runs smoothly and helps where necessary. No nausea practices like the previous company I worked for.
I hope to work here for a long time.

Was there for the application interview. Although initially everything was in a group and you had to do a test, it was all very pleasant. Later there were the one-on-one talks. All staff were very friendly and for the references you have to bring you get enough compensation in my eyes and on the well-being in the workplace value is placed.

A large office complex with plenty of parking. There are several employers in a historic location.

Instead of providing the usual customer service, employees are forced to sell contracts. Obviously, quantity is put before quality. Minimum wages and high employee turnover are the order of the day here. Not an employer that can be recommended.

Had a job interview today but as here to read no thanks.

Shady people and illegal techniques a shame for humanity

Good employer, punctual salary. Some projects are very interesting here. Very nice teammates. If you can handle a lot of stress, then the work is fun.

The Secret Escapes project at Sitel is simply not fair to newcomers and there is also no proper agreement between the team manager and the project manager. In addition, if you are irrevocably terminated and you have it in black and white, that you are released with continued payment of the contractual remuneration and credit for the vacation days, you will still be called by the project manager and told you to continue working otherwise you can forget that with the remuneration. This is not a normal procedure and I advise everyone to choose Secret Escapes when applying to Sitel in the area of customer service.

Very bad company. Discrimination. Personnel from IT Russians who have access to the roof and empty spaces use to young girls from New Project as from Canon with sexual purpose. Sitel relies on Art staff to work with each other on projects such as Raisin etc. from a group of people who work personally on the company, especially when there are new ones to be treated unfairly.

No employer is perfect but Sitel is close. I myself am a mom and am encouraged here as far as possible. It gives me the chance to achieve something where other companies may be waving because of the risk. Also, I started here as a normal CSP and developed myself again and again. Thanks for the opportunities and support. If you want something you can achieve it
