I live in Frisco, TX and one of my friends referred Sistar Mortgage Company for Refinance, and I found that Sistar offered the best rate among 10+ mortgage companies I shopped in Frisco and outside of Texas. I closed on 5/22/2020. Sistar also helped me with vendor credits in closing process. They arranged the closing at my home, and contact less closing amid COVID-19. It started out a little slow due to the overflow of the applications and COVID-19 situation, not all employees working, but his team is able to expedite and close sooner. I worked with best folks during my refinance, including Rajeev, Helen, Rashmi, Kulpreet to name a few. I would highly recommend all my friends and others to this great company and get benefited.

I have really bad experience with this company while mortgage process on my house. They give initial number and as time goes, they increase interest, PMI rate and also won't keep promise which they do in the start.
You won't get any clarification as well response on time. Stay away from this company..

HORRIBLE!!! If I could give the 0 stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and find your mortgage elsewhere. I was made promises that were not kept. Balls were dropped, and ultimately the loan did not close. RUN don't walk, in the opposite direction.

WORST company to deal with. We started the loan process back in July and now at mid October we are still getting the run around. We have had 4 closing dates and on the day prior too we hear nothing and it lapses with more conditions from this company. Julie the loan coordinator will go MIA for weeks at a time yet they will not give us another loan coordinator. I started this process with them at the 6 month time frame and now I am 9 months pregnant and we had to move out of our rental home over 2 months ago. Stay away from this company for your sanity and I m 99% sure it is one big scam. I would give 0 stars if it let me so the 1 star is even pushing it.

They started my mortgage relationship off on the right foot, gave me a phenomenal rate, kept me posted at every step of the process and closed in time. Best of all, they closed my entire file in 9 business days, which is almost unheard of in the industry.
