SISA Information Security Pvt Ltd Review

Have been to this place for an interview. The Interviewer (Addy) was not at all listening and had a very bad habit of asking another question in the middle of my answer. This happened numerous times and the guy was full of himself. HR was very good till my interview was over. Very difficult to find the building in the middle of nowhere.

too bad for fresher's don't go simply they're choosing experience people

SISA is an awesome place to work and grow your carrier, even a fresher will have lots of opportunities to grow and each and every team mates are highly support, if you stuck in between something and if you asked even an unknown colleague he/she will help you happily.

All the managers have the leadership attitude and instead of ordering all them work along with you. If you're facing any issues in your work, your manager comes up with multiples solutions and make sure you overcome that problem.

Even the HR & IT admin teams are highly supportive, they don't ignore your problems all of them will understand your urgency and act accordingly without any delay.

I believe it's all happenes only with the positivity of the management and they bulit the culture in a way that everyone will be extremely happy for being a SISA Employee
