Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Center, SUNTEC Review

Great place for exhibition but smaller area compared to Marina Bay or Expo. Nearer to city and near few malls has advantages by itself for exhibitions.

The super specious convention center and very wonderful to look at. I was there for five days of conference.. It was really wonderful experience for me

Great place to purchase electronic items for sale during special events.These electronic items are all sold at cheap and reasonable prices.

Not a local and found it quite difficult to get around with prams. Difficult to locate lifts and signage for what shops / what levels were what was tough.

A 'city' on its own. I love the shopping here and the variety of shops it carry. It links underground to another similar 'city'.

Needs more directional signs. The place is so huge and our event so small.

Very big mall, easy to get lost. So have a track on where you go. Sign support exist still though easy to forget.

I like the clean and tidy shopping mall with many eateries for all budgets.

A huge place. Modern and nicely decorated. The ginormous screen is a must for selfie lovers. Easily accessible by MRT.

I love Suntec. It is very spacious with many different exhibition and it is well connected by many MRT lines. It allows me to learn many things. It is good for huge event venue! #SupportSuntec

Only got to see a small section of it but nice place. Easy to get transport to in the morning, however sometimes a long wait for a taxi in the afternoon.

Good place to do your shopping plus everything else. It is quite a big place, so can take a lot of walking to get what you want.

Despite it's massive size, Suntec city is probably relying on the eateries to keep going. Retail shops are merely there for shop count but dont think business is good at all. In fact, even big retailers like Reebonze had exited Suntec 2 weeks. It shows consumers are indeed looking at a different shopping experience and environment. The place feels dull and really lacks the vibrant vibes generally. Business owners must be aware:
Whatever products on the market nowadays are longer special and exclusive, facing great competition from e-shopping.
I reckon business owners to gear up and look into better marketing and promotion strategies and outstanding customer service instead of hiring bored-looking staff more interested in their mobile phones than serving walk-in customers.
Seriously, customer service is generally poor in Singapore. Staff from retail shops to F & B to public services seem to be lacking in customer care & product knowledge. Can only blame the companies for not training their staff better to attract customers and retain customer loyalty.

Crowds quite thin now. Giant not as good an anchor as it was.

Great place for event and meeting. However the toilet cleanliness is not up to standard hope the mall management will improve on it.

A place where you could most of the shops that available in Singapore. However, it is all considerably expensive compared to residential area in Singapore

This is one of those places where they host large conferences, meetings, events etc. It also has mega church like City Harvest. A good
place to hang out for various activities and events.

Great spacious place with free WiFi offered. There's a sky garden too!

Lots of food here at suntec. Nice place and spacious to shop around. You have food, groceries, shopping basically a 1 stop service. Easy transport here too by bus, mrt or driving.

No wow feeling for me. I stay only a little time on the mall.

Convenient and idea place as it is situated at central area of Sg, whether you are local or tourists will enjoy IT or others exhibits to have special discount. Public transportation is within reachable distination to all hotels.

A nice huge shopping and massive convention centre to walk about, with lots of shops and a cinema. 5 interlinking office tower blocks form the 'fingers' and a large fountain of wealth where a laser water light show starts in the evenings.

Every subscription place goes to AFA. Easy access and complete facilities

Go to place for exhibition and IT fairs, bargains and good food -expect higher prices and peak hours queues

Located in the heart of Singapore CBD. Choice of different sizes of halls and Part of a mall which makes it easy for a toursit like me on a very short visit. Giant size dynamic screen wall at the entry is just brilliant!!

Many branded shops available and a very nice atmosphere in the towers!!!

Enjoyed shopping. The 'i' Desk is also very helpful
