Still one of the best educational values in the country. Sinclair has agreements with most of the major state universities and 4-year colleges, as well as robust adult education/trade education programs. And the campus is nicely laid out. It's easy to get to and from, there is ample parking (you may have to "cruise" at peak times), and most of the campus is connected by sheltered walkways or tunnels.
I would give 4 stars, but after my experience with "career advising" I want to give it 2. Let's just average those and make it 3.
Career advisers seem to be paid like call center employees, hopefully not in terms of wages but objectives. They try to get appointments over with as soon as possible, with more regard for finishing the task than acknowledging what it was. I found that I left the meeting with no more information than I had entered with. If the idea was to encourage me to research on my own without assistance from the school than their job has been done. If not, I really recommend some form of evaluation to see what they're doing in their department, because it is clearly not geared towards actually helping the students.

I love Sinclair. I went there for my associates degree. I am currently at a 4 year school, and I honestly miss Sinclair's atmosphere. The classes are small, so you get a lot of extra attention from the professors, which excels your learning. The parking is free, which is awesome! The tuition is very affordable and most of the professors are very helpful. Make sure to check out the "Rate My Professor" website before signing up for a class.
Sinclair is awful. Teachers will not work with you on anything you ask for especially ems. I signed up for clinicials and they gave no instruction for which hospital to go to. They didn t count my assessments from the lack of teaching skills they have

Had an appointment since nov.2020 still haven t gotten in for a cleaning. You can t leave a voicemail, they don t even answer the phone and it s after 10am.it s 2021 and I still never got seen smh
I am currently enrolled in classes here. The class sizes are usually pretty small, around 20-30 kids. I have found it kind of hard to interact with the school due to my commute and also stay on course/ focused when it comes to classes. I would not count on 2 years then transferring because it seems very different for most people. I know a lot of people who have taken longer than 2 years and even some who have went for 5 years without a degree. Definitely would recommend having a good plan and goal when attending school here or else you will end up the same. Teachers seem to be hit or miss, I have had great ones and then some that make it hard to even stay awake.
