My partner and I had an awful experience at SIMS. Money is the only thing they care about. After two unsuccessful cycle, they proposed to do a test that should have been done at the very first day as per two independent consultants.
Do not waste your time and money with them. No star.

Very professional and friendly staff. I always found the clinic to be very organised and flexible. This is my second cycle after a successful cycle 2 years ago and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Horrible experience. Wasted our time and money. We went on to be successful with a clinic in Prague. The consultant there was astounded by the things sims didn t bother to check for, basically there is no way it would have ever have worked. All they care about is money and the nurses were fake and condescending. Don t go here.
Been here twice for different testing and have had nothing but good experiences. I had an SIS last week by Tess and she was amazing!! Made me feel so at ease, was really informative, talked me through each step and how it would feel, gentle and empathetic. She was so helpful In Answering all my questions and concerns that I left skipping! I also had a fantastic experience with the woman who did my bloods but sadly I didn t get her name. She was very patient, bubbly, gentle and just lovely with a warming personality knowing I had a fear of needles. They are all very quick to answer emails or calls with queries and so far I have had a great experience for something that is a tough time and experience m for most women and couples. Thank you all!
Poor communication, nurses constantly making mistakes such as sending prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy, having to be told by the patient what blood tests need to be done due to carelessness in reviewing the patient s file. Not a professionally run clinic.
Fantastic staff, they helped me every step of the way. I will be forever grateful to Sims for helping me complete my family.
My experience with Sims was very positive, I found all staff were really helpful, reassuring, and I never felt like they were only after money. They made me feel very comfortable and helped my dream come true. I have and would happily recommend them
