They diagnosed my phone for free and let me know it would be more expensive to keep fixing a high failure part, than to just get a new phone. They then researched for options for me to get a new phone. Excellent customer service and they go above and beyond trying to help you find what you need.

I had a cracked iPhone 5s screen that I had replaced last week at Simply Computers. All the staff were very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions before I had any work done on my phone. I had never had any work like that done before and they definitely put my mind at ease. I waited while they repaired my screen and it was finished in no time. It looked just like new. I live an hour away so when I got home I was disappointed to find that my screen started getting this greyish haze on it and started having difficulty using the keyboard. I went back to Simply Computers and they didn't hesitate to replace the defective screen. Bottom line, it was worth the long drive. Great service at a fair price. Thank you Dale and the other employees that worked on my phone!

They looked at my Macbook Pro quickly. They weren't able to fix it, but they didn't waste a lot of my money to find that out, and they were straightforward about what my best options would be. Good communication.

Needed to get the screen replaced on my wife s iPhone while in PCB for a long weekend. Found this shop using google. The service was excellent. The repair was done quickly and correctly by a very helpful lady. We dropped the phone off and was able to pick it up in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely do business with this store again.

Thought my 4 yr old Nexus 10 was done for when a faucet leak soaked the case and unit stopped operating and would not charge. Talked to Dale and took it in to Felicia who detailed what she could do to try and revive the unit. Couple days later, got a call that the tablet was holding a charge and was operating as normal. Great results at a very fair price. Good people.

One of the best businesses to deal with on computers I've ever used. They replaced my hard drive before and it works great. My laptop, which I use for our business crashed hard two days before payroll and taxes were due. Can you say panic? I brought it in to Simply Computers, and Felicia was a pleasure to work with! I explained the bind I was in and she immediately started working on the laptop. Ultimately, she was not able to repair it, but it wasn't for the lack of trying. The thing was about 6 years old and on it's last leg anyway.... She was able to recover the data off the Hard Drive, so I bought a new laptop, brought it in to her, and she was able to load everything from my old hard drive onto my new computer. What a lifesaver!! The rates were EXTREMELY reasonable! Highly recommend them for your computer needs!! Thanks Felicia!

Yesterday, I just smashed my iPad Air and I'm not taking about a few cracks. I shattered it and little pieces of the screen were falling out... I also dropped it so hard I even dented the sides, I thought I was at a loss but I called these genius men who run simply computers and they fixed it in 24 hours for 120$. They have special tools that can shape out your iPad or iPod back to its original state. I'm using it now. It's like I have my brand new iPad Air back (because I do) Thank you so much!!!! I recommend to all. Don't go to best buy...Geek squad...freak squad... They just want your money and they won't fix anything without a charging cord and a bunch of other crap. Simply Computers.... Needs to change their name to Super Duper Simple Computers, LLC.

Dropped my phone in the ocean, put it in the microwave, waited a day and he still fixed it. Granted he told me it was beyond repair and that it d be cheaper to buy a new one but he actually fixed it! I recommend this place for all travelers who accidentally water logged their phones!

My Iphone and Ipad have been damaged on more than one occasion. I initially selected Simply Computers because they were convenient to my work location. However, I continue to use this repair service because they provide prompt and friendly service. I have no complaints. I drop my phone off and within about 30 minutes I return to a phone that is like new.

Over a year ago I shattered the screen of my iphone 6+ and took it to a repair shop in pier park called IRepair. They replaced the screen but it started having other problems after that. There was a blue spot towards the top right side of the screen and it started getting so hot in that spot that I couldn t even touch it. I had them replace the screen but I still had that probelm. 3 screens later, I took it to Simply Computers and they fixed the problem immediately. It took a total of maybe 20 minutes max. I recently dropped my iphone 7+ and I took it in to get fixed and it was done in less than 10 minutes. Felicia is amazing and I will never take any of my devices anywhere else. I always warn people about going to IRepair because they will just make the problem worse.

IPhone8 kept shutting off. Took to shop, they said it needed a new battery. They gave me price and timeframe of 20 minutes. Work completed, price honored and everything is great. I will certainly recommend this store to others. Thank you.

We had THREE devices that needed love...2 iPhones and one iPad 5. Because the iPad model is so new and still under Apple warranty, instead of trying to fix the screen to make money off of us and void our warranty, they were more concerned about honoring us as the customers and took the time to tape up the tablet (without charging to do so) so it wouldn't crack further.
They repaired our two cracked iPhone screens in MAYBE 20 minutes total. And the repair prices were competitive with everyone else we googled in the area.
Beyond that, we came in almost at closing time. How many employees/owners would be irritated at having to stay one minute past closing? They simply could not have been kinder or more pleasant to do business with.
Don't. Go. Anywhere. Else.

Quick and great service for computers and cell phones

Felicia was great she did a iPhone 7 plus repair with no notice. Took 30 minutes and went great.

My wife dropper her phone in the water and we thought all of her photos and videos were destroyed. She was devastated as was I. The phone seemed like it had life at first, but it ended up dying and not being able to turn back on. What made it so terrible is that there were so many photos from our honeymoon and a recent funeral of a very close relative. We thought those memories were lost forever. Well, that is until Dale got a hold of the phone. He was able to restore the phone for long enough in order for us to put all of the videos and pictures back onto a thumb drive. Dale saved the year for sure! So, if you have an issue, there isn't a business or person I would trust more in order to help. Thanks very much Dale. We can't tell you how much you mean to us. You really performed miracle!!

I stopped in Simply Computers because my iPhone X s ear speaker quit working. While I was there they used a little brush and some compressed air and presto it worked like new again. I thought I needed a new speaker and expected to pay $100-$200 they wouldn t even let me pay. Thank you Simply Computers.

I was in Panama for the week and my battery on my iPhone 7+ just went dead on me.Simply Computers didn't have one in stock because the phones are so new the batteries shouldn't be going dead.She even called around to some of her competitors to see if they had one,which none of them did.Then she looked on Amazon to see and couldn't find one there either.We had one sent overnight and the next afternoon my phone was fixed.She went well beyond great customer service!!! Great prices and great service. The staff was super friendly and repaired my daughter's IPhone 6 screen in approx. an hour. The screen was no match for her baton that landed on it from a toss. We were blessed to find this store while on vacation and would highly recommend them.

I sent my Boss there to have her very expensive Macbook Pro screen repaired. He had it done extremely fast, and you could not even tell there was a broken screen. Took my daughters cracked iPhone 8+ to simply computers to see if it could be repaired the representative was very nice and professional. He asked if we ever had phone repaired before or if we bought it used I said no we bought it brand new from a corporate Verizon store he said both screws were stripped and he wasn t sure if he could fix it without further damaging phone I asked him to please try anyway. Long story short he fixed the screen and placed a glass protective cover on it. He was able to put the glass cover on without so much as a bubble in it! Prices were very reasonable and work was impressive! Hopefully I ll never have to go back but if I do I won t go anywhere else!

Called this place for a piece of memory. They don't carry ram in stock. What???? This is a computer store right?

Will not be back. Their 30 day warranty comes with small print and does not care about customer satisfaction. Im out several hundred dollars.

Thought to be the cheapest place when I called and quoted my repair for my son's tablet they said one price and then when drove across the bridge to get the repair done they said it was a different price then originally quoted. Very rude after that so I took my business else where.

We had flown from Tennessee to Panama City in September. Prior to us leaving, I had shattered my phone screen. As soon as we got off our flight, we came to Simply Computers. Over this past weekend, my phone got EXTREMELY hot. So hot, we couldn't touch it. Verizon instructed us to take it to an Apple Store. They opened my phone to discover that a screw had punctured my battery and they said the phone was extremely dangerous...practically having a grenade in my hand. Although the phone was done in September and it is now May, they said since I had the phone in my back pocket and sat down, that is what could have caused the screw to lodge into the battery, regardless a screw was not where it was supposed to be. They said the situation could have been much worse. They instructed us to call the last person who had replaced my phone screen because there wasn't anything they could do since we didn't get the screen replaced by an Apple store. When I contacted the store, he made excuses, saying "the battery could have backed out." Very well, then what about the screw that wasn't replaced on the bottom of my phone. My phone went straight from his store into a lifeproof case. I would have noticed a screw just loose in my phone case. I had to go pay out $387 for a phone that was a paper weight in order to get another phone. We couldn't find an extra phone and I needed a phone being that I drive an hour one way to work and have a 3 year old. I wouldn't feel comfortable not having a phone for several days while it was shipped to Florida getting fixed by someone who already caused an issue. He said "well you could have just sent it to us and we would have replaced the battery." It's fine that he doesn't want to help with any of the money that I had to pay out, but when I put it in the scenario of my three year old could have had it and something happened, there would have been a lawsuit...he proceed to say "I don't care, that's why I have insurance." SHAME ON HIM! Thankfully something didn't happen, but for the words he chose to you...very unprofessional!

This place is terrific! My iPad glass screen shattered. When I searched The internet to find someone to repair it, I couldn t help but notice the outstanding reviews for this business. Believe me, they are honest people who know their stuff! Matt and Daniel have great customer service skills. They are friendly and knowledgeable and they don t try to sell you something that you don t need or won t be happy with. Their prices are very competitive, too! They stock the parts so no waiting for them to arrive. My iPad was repaired quickly and it works as it always has. In the future, I will not take my electronics to anyone else for repair. Love this place. Only place I ll take my computers. Sent my brand new iPad to Apple because it was charging... they said it couldn t be fixed and it was NOT the battery and I would have to buy a new one. Took it to Simply Computers for a second opinion, it was the stinking battery and they replaced it for $80. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Apple can suck it.

My iPhone fell and the screen went blank. I for sure thought I was going to have to get a new phone. Being on vacation, I was gonna have to go without a phone for a week but it was such a relief that they could fix it. We are here in Panama City Beach on a week vacation, my 13 year old, somehow snapped the tip of her charger off inside the charge port and we could not get the tiny piece out to be able to charge the IPhone 7Splus.
We are staying directly on the beach at The Shores at Panama and we needed someone to help us out, quickly.
This store not only was friendly and only 2.5 miles away from the beach but he was extremely nice and did not charge us to help us fix the issue, as I bought two new cords & he was a gem to work with.
We are military and appreciate when people help you out in a town where you know, NOTHING about your surroundings.

Simply computers is awesome at what they do. Matt and Dale are always a wealth of knowledge and life savers. Most recently a motherboard crashed on a laptop I use for business and I had not backed up like they preach. Facing the prospect of having to recreate almost a year of accounting and lost files was a nightmare. They were able to replace the board and I am good to go again. Dale also does amazing real estate photography.

We had trouble installing a new cpu upgrade. Simply Computers had our hard to find missing part, installed it for us on the spot, fixed other device installation problems, and then upgraded our bio.
