There aren't enough words to describe the experience I had with Stacey. My Simply Boudoir shoot was by far the most incredible thing I have ever done for myself. I had been following Stacey's work for years and decided that this year was the year I was going to do this for myself. My only regret? I didn't do it sooner. Stacey is the complete package...her studio, the carefully selected makeup artists, the champagne and treats, the outfit and shoe selection....all completely amazing. But....Stacey's energy....and her talent...immeasurable. Stacey provided an experience that I will never forget. She is empowering, kind, sensitive, loving, caring, fun, and bold. I cannot say enough about what you get from Stacey...there truly are no words. I know that I have never felt more comfortable and confident in my life. It was an experience I plan to give to myself every year. Thank you, Stacey.....you are amazing.

I had my boudoir session recently and want to share my experience for those of you who may be on the fence. I did my homework to make sure I was going to have an experience that aligned with my values.

Once I became a Mom, parts that used to be associated with pure pleasure were now mixed up with the pure innocence of a mother-child experience and it has been challenging.

I can be a loving, doting Mom that provides a safe space for my daughter to learn and grow. I can also embrace the pleasures of womanhood for my husband.

It was important to me to work with a photographer that was going to be warm and supportive. I didn t want to feel objectified. Stacey has photographed women of all ages, shapes, and sizes and the images are sensual and suggestive without crossing into pornographic.

She worked with me through email and photos of potential lingerie choices to give me feedback on what pieces photograph best. I had a couple of key things that were important to me. I wanted one of my looks to be a bridal theme and one of my looks to be black lace, pearls, and classic red lips.

I showed up with a variety of lingerie and shoes and gave her complete artistic license for everything beyond the looks I considered non-negotiable.

I felt welcomed and encouraged from the moment I arrived. I had in my head that the studio would be spread out and was pleasantly surprised that it was all in one spacious room that was big enough to provide ample room and yet small enough to feel cozy and intimate.

Despite the fact that I gave them complete artistic license, I appreciated the fact that my comfort and preferences were considered throughout the session. Being somewhat of a minimalist in the makeup department, I was intimidated by the amount of makeup being applied, but I trusted the process and, while it felt excessive in person, it was perfect for the photos! Same goes for poses. Some felt natural and sexy and others felt awkward, but look amazing in the photos.

Speaking of the photos which brings me to the cost... I am not a frivolous spender by nature so the cost of the photo session and products was very intimidating. I am a little embarrassed to admit that I had this fear that even though all of the other photos I saw were amazing that my own photos would be less than beautiful for the amount of money that I would be spending. While I have only seen a few sneak peek photos and a few photos during the actual session, I am very pleased to say that I honestly believe it is worth every penny and I can t wait to see the rest!

The images alone are worth the price, but it s not just about the images; it s about how empowering the whole process was leading up to the photo session, during the photo session, and how I feel after the photo session. While this is an inner journey that I could truly only take myself as far as my mindset, I am very appreciative of the safe space that was created for me throughout the process. That is priceless!

I can t say enough wonderful things about my experience with Stacey and Simply Boudoir. Stacey is truly the best in the business. She is professional, easy to communicate with, extremely talented, and a genius behind the camera. Grace with hair and makeup is amazing and such a great addition to the Simply Boudoir experience. From my inital booking to the day of my shoot, Stacey was quick to offer tips of how to prepare and wardrobe ideas. I felt comfortable the entire time and I am blown away with how my photos turned out. If you are unsure about whether or not a boudoir session is for you, don t hesitate and book with Stacey, you won t regret it. She and Grace will make you feel relaxed, beautiful, and confident. She is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend her.

Stacey did a great job making me feel comfortable and beautiful. I had never done a boudoir shoot but had a friend recommend SB. Stacey did great helping me prepare, from looking at different lingerie sites to knowing what to think about regarding hair, makeup & overall look and feel of the shoot. I chose the stunning dark red snakeskin photo album book, made of thick, sturdy pages and a beveled edge acrylic ice protective cover that rests inside a black silk sleeve, and tucked nicely in an embellished black box. This was my husband's 1st year Anniversary Gift! His response was PRICELESS! He fell completely in-LOVE with it and was WOWED and infatuated by every page from beginning to end! I gave myself the gorgeous thumbdrive so that I can print more photos in the future, as well!

My heart is full of gratitude for Stacey and what all she inspired within me to make my dream come true! She has an unforgettable heart of gold and I have gained an invaluable friendship for life! She is truly a GODSEND!!! Both my daughters now want Stacey to also photograph them, to give as GIFTS to their husbands. LORD willing, I plan to do this with Stacey all over again in a couple more years, when I turn 60!!! Thank you LORD!!!

I had the best time working with Stacey! She made me feel comfortable and before long, I was dancing and laughing!! I have never felt so beautiful, so empowered. Sarah, the hair and makeup artist, was incredible! I never knew I could look so good!! I HIGHLY recommend Stacey for your boudoir shoot. She will NOT disappoint!!

Well, I'm a little late at posting this review. I actually had my shoot back in September for my birthday, but I still get excited when I talk about it! As other reviews have stated, Stacey is communicative and professional throughout the process. I was super nervous the day of my shoot, but she made me feel comfortable and relaxed in no time! I really appreciated how she went the extra mile to make my shoot be personal to reflect my interests and personality. I had followed Stacey on IG for a while, along with a couple other local photographers. She had a style that appealed to me and when you see the images you won't believe it's you! I would recommend her studio hands down to anyone I know. Thank you Stacey, for what hopefully won't be a once in a lifetime experience!

By far the best decision I have made to treat myself. Stacey and her hair & makeup artist had me feeling AMAZING throughout the entire session. Any bit of nervousness I had prior to getting there went away immediately. I am recommending Stacey to all my girls in the area!! You will NOT be disappointed!

I don t even need to see the final prints to know I m going to be saving every single photo. Stacey was very communicative, both before and during my photo shoot. Her makeup artist, Sara, nailed my looks and made me feel even prettier. Stacey obviously knows what she s doing and isn t afraid to ad lib poses. I knew I was in good hands and was comfortable in front of the lens very quickly! Tons of fun, would recommend to anyone!

Stacey is AMAZING! She is very talented with her photography skills. The whole experience was phenomenal. I am so glad I did this and the best part was not only feeling good about myself but to see my husband's reaction was priceless. Stacey is very professional and it's just like hanging out with your girlfriend for a few hours. She makes you feel comfortable and her studio is great! I would do it all again.
