booked for an end of lease cleaning, which was all fine, until the agent called back to say that the rangehood was not cleaned. Went back to the property and found the filters still greasy and oils were dripping from the rangehood. Had to go back and clean it myself. Tried contacting them via SMS but no reply. Left a comment on their facebook page, only to find that they deleted the comment. Go elsewhere if you want to get your bond back or want to have someone who's responsible.

Have been using SBS for a number of months now as an Owners Corporation Manager. I can issue a work order to one point of contact 24/7 and always receive a professional and timely response. I don't need to follow up with SBS as they are on the front foot and update me with every step of the work order progress. Additionally they are high quality and have competitive pricing. SBS are also happy to quote on jobs which is useful as committees usually require multiple quotes before making a decision. A+ from me!
