First experience for me and not very pleasant .. paying for the service receiving 2 notifications out of 3 missing your turn at the clinic should perhaps make everything reliable by having a paid service ...

Used the service for the 1st time on Dec 30, 2017 in a Montreal clinic. At the time I paid for the service and got my number, the screen in the waiting room was displaying ticket #24 and mine was #77 so I had plenty of time to go get lunch and return. I checked status in my cell phone periodically; it seemed to have stopped at #50 for over 48 minutes, maybe longer... I returned to the clinic and the screen was displaying #56 (still 20 people before me). Moments later, suddenly the number on the display in the waiting room jumped to #73 and immediately the 3 notifications (texts) popped-up in my cell phone to warn me that there were 7, 4 and 2 people before my turn. I saw the number moving from #74 to #75 and then to #76... Surprise!... The number displayed in the waiting room skips from #76 to #79... Me and the man holding the ticket #78 looked at each other wondering what just happened. I approached the girl at the reception counter and she says "we probably called your name and you were not here [?????]". I was there at the waiting room for at least 26 minutes before the anomaly with jumping several numbers in one shot followed by skipping from #76 to #79. After conversation with the nurse about the unexplainable behaviour of the service I was finally called to be seen by a Doctor. This service did not meet my expectation; receiving the 3 notifications all at once may be a sign of a software issue and definitively an opportunity for improvement. I am therefore dissatisfied that I paid for a service that failed to deliver on its promise.

I was going to take RV to the doctor via Chronometriq as usual and the first option that was offered to me was to take an RV in telemedicine. For $ 50, I '' chatted '' with a doctor 5 minutes, he then faxed my prescription to my pharmacy, I did not have to move and miss work! So grateful for this service :)

I am so happy with my experience with the Chronometriq platform. The use was seamless and intuitive. It's super practical and a startup from here too! Congratulations to the whole team!

The booking and reminders have been amazing at helping my clinique access new patients! Now instead of answering the phone all day we can spend more time treating people who need our help :)

Well, after 5 tries, in 5 evenings, it's a nasty pike system, I go to choose an hour, I select the hour and paf, nothing more brings me back to the start page,. It does not work, my clinic does business with this application of m .... the, so no choice to take RV with that. Have little death before meeting a doctor ...
