The experience with Simply Automation was quite average. 😐 Their website, simplyautomation.com, is well-designed and easy to navigate. However, their customer service left much to be desired. 😕 When I reached out for assistance, the response time was quite slow, and the representative provided only basic information without going into much detail. It felt like they were just going through the motions rather than genuinely helping. On the positive side, the products they offer are of decent quality and do function as described. 🤔 However, I expected more personalized support and guidance throughout the process. While I appreciate their efforts in automation, improvements in customer service would greatly enhance the overall experience. It's a decent company overall, but definitely room for improvement. Take note!
