Zimkhitha and Pastor were absolutely lovely. Winnie on the other hand was very rude and never apologised the following day for her attitude. Winnie is better off working at the back instead of at the reception. The restaurant used for breakfast was absolutely amazing as well.

Newly renovated, very tastefully decorated and well equipped. Everything was very clean. Attentive service. Breakfast is taken in the outbuilding right on the harbor edge near Saveur. Breakfast rich and with a large selection as a buffet or order variant of the card. Clear recommendation with good price / performance ratio about 86 for room 310 at 2 nights

I fell in love with Simons Town and one of the reasons was this hotel! Pearl and the staff were as friendly and lovely as could be! They put a little letter "from the Minions" on our bed for my little son with surprises (He loved them). They refilled the fridge with water in glass bottles everyday, the breakfast was delicious and in a nice Restaurant directly underneath the Hotel (with a nice View), and early at night we could see from our balcony a seal taking a swim in the harbour! I would (and die already :) recommend this hotel to anyone going there!

Located smack in the middle of a row of interesting cafes and convenience stores, with restaurants and tour operators in the mall adjacent to the hotel, it's hard to find a better hotel in Simon's Town.

Go for the upgraded rooms with a balcony facing the bay, you won't regret it.

Being fussy, paranoid travelers from Singapore, we couldn't have found a better place to stay as a pit-stop to Boulder's Beach and the Cape.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for a week in December and we absolutely loved it. From the moment we walked into our room we knew we would enjoy it. The rooms were spacious and clean and we had the most beautiful view over the Harbour. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts in the restaurant just downstairs were brilliant! Highly recommend.

Great location, beautiful clean room and very modern. The room is well equipped. Had the room with a sea view and had beautiful views of the Harbour and the naval ships. The staff working here is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Internet is free, it is abit slow but adequate. Breakfast is at the restaurant below the hotel which was quite nice, you had both a Ala carte menu and buffet to select from. We loved our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the relaxing town of Simon's Town which is close to Boulder Beach penguins and Cape Point. Would love to return to this hotel again.

Was very impressed with this Hotel... clean, modern, bright, beautiful views, friendly knowledgeable staff and a lovely atmosphere ... the only downside for us was the Tea/coffee selection in the rooms.... as a tea lover and traveller, we would have loved a tastier tea - a world brand maybe to match the new Hotel xx.... thank you and we will definitely be back...

We had a great stay at the hotel. Our room had an expansive view of the waterfront and bay beyond. Very comfortable room to spend a relaxed day in with lots to view and many little restaurants within easy walking distance. Thank you Natasha for your amazing service :)

Beautifully furnished. Ideally located in the heart of the waterfront. First class service. We would highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant underneath where the hotel sends it's guests for breakfast.

Nice place to stay at and the atmosphere is amazing. Located in front/near the South African Navy ship yard, giving you the most beautiful and priceless view of what SAN has to offer.
The people around are friendly and the stuff is great, and you'll probably have one of the best breakfasts ever.

Our room was large, clean and bright with views over the harbour. It is centrally located in Simon's Town, which makes it perfect for exploring the town. The staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast, provided by Saveur, had plenty of options and were delicious and large.

Quaint little hotel in the centre of town. Great staff....rooms a bit noisy on the road side but comfortable. Breakfast is not in the hotel but inside the small shopping complex next door. Great breakfast but a little slow come out. If you not in a rush all is good.
Recommended if you want somewhere to stay in SimonsTown.

Very nice place to stay...neat and clean.. the view of the harbour from the hotel is stunning. The location is very nice. It's a tourist place. All the restaurants are close by.. One of the best place to stay in Simon's town. The Boulders beach penguin colony is also one of the attractions close by...if you are going to cape point..its a nice place to stay after the long drive

Fantastically relaxing stay. Great value for a 4 star hotel. Reception was really warm and welcoming, Room was modern, clean and very comfortable. View from our balcony was just fantastic.
2 Minor points for the hotel. 1. Maybe warn the guests about the bird poo issue on the parking, how about having a complimentary quick clean daily? 2. Let guests know when they are booking that the hotel does not have it's own bar or restaurant or gym? Didn't bug us but guests might like to be forewarned.
Keep it up, we'll be back!

This hotel is beautiful right along the shoreline! The staff were excellent! We had trouble with our electric converter. They were able to find a plug (that didnt come with the converter) that would work!

This is one of the most cleanest hotels I've stayed at. Friendly, helpful staff who went the extra mile to ensure our ultimate comfort. Breakfast was grand every morning. Breakfast staff giving personal attention to all guest. The restaurants around the hotel served up some outstanding dishes, we didn't need to really go too far. Thank you for a memorable stay, will definitely be back and recommend to others.

This hotel recently underwent a major refurbishment, changing the interior from a quaint, yet homely, nautical theme to a very modern, CBD feeling decor.
They can accommodate families in a few of the rooms, but have no interleading rooms nor suites.
All rooms have only a shower, to help with the drought.
The is also air conditioning, a safe, coffee/ espresso machine, fridge and Dstv/ satellite TV (albeit with very limited channel choice) in every room.
It is definitely recommended to pay the extra charge for a sea facing room, as the 'mountain facing rooms' have a number of draw backs.
