My Husband was looking for a Ruby ring for me for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. I've bought many beautiful silver pieces from here through the years but my last purchase was Alex's craftmanship! He rendered my design into reality using rings and other gold jewellery that my mum had given me in my youth, as well as two rings belonging to my Nana that I was never able to wear. Now they will always be with me.

Super friendly and extremely great job resizing both mine and my husbands wedding bands. They came back super sparkly and and a beautiful finish and we will return for any future work. We had them back within 2 days.

You went above and beyond for me, as I don't live in Auckland you arranged sending me courier bags as well as a ring sizer to ensure I got the perfect fit. All communication was promptly responded to and you made the whole process extremely easy.
The finished result is wonderful and for a fraction on the price I was quoted elsewhere not to mention the turn around time was extremely fast.

Wow! and more wow! I've known Lori and Alex for a fair few years now, having bought a range of beautiful jewellery items at markets and events that Lori has displayed at. Everything I've got is always positively commented on - I'm surprised there is any stock left with the amount I've got, plus people I know have also purchased.
Of particular delight, we commissioned Alex to make my engagement ring and wedding ring, and my husband's wedding ring. They are stunning - one of a kind and very special knowing the people who made them too. Alex listened carefully to what we were after, offered several clever suggestions as to the materials to use so that we didn't need to have ongoing maintenance (which you have with white gold, my original thought), and the end jewellery items are stunning.
We also got my father's signet ring resized for my husband and it is flawless.

Requested same day resizing (down one size) on a white gold band, service completed less than two hours after dropping the ring off. Alex was very careful to ensure we had a size that would work before commencing any work, and was also kind enough to demonstrate that the other ring we wanted resized was actually a good fit. We were impressed by this as he could have easily taken us for the extra work and cash.
The work is excellent -- can't tell it was ever adjusted. Very pleased with this service and highly recommend to anyone. Quick turnaround, friendly and honest service, excellent resizing job and all at a reasonable price.
