Thank you I received my engagement ring today and it fits perfectly. I wanted to say thank you so Much. Firstly for the amazing job you did on resizing my ring 3 sizes up, as well as the great customer service I received along the way.

You went above and beyond for me, as I don't live in Auckland you arranged sending me courier bags as well as a ring sizer to ensure I got the perfect fit. All communication was promptly responded to and you made the whole process extremely easy.

The finished result is wonderful and for a fraction on the price I was quoted elsewhere not to mention the turn around time was extremely fast.
