Silversource is just average. The website is okay, nothing extraordinary. The customer service needs improvement as they take too long to respond to inquiries. The overall experience was just alright.

I am a CUSTOMER and I have to say that Silversource is an average company. Their website is nice and clean, but I've had some issues with their customer service. It took them a bit too long to respond to my inquiries, which was quite frustrating. The overall experience was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
