The company is amazing! They genuinely care about their employees and it really shows! They do lots of things to celebrate ALL staff members and make sure you know you are appreciated.

I have felt like part of the Silver Tree Family from day one. Everyone here wants you to succeed in your professional career and they do what they can to help you along your way. There is a comradery here that you don't have at other companies and I feel lucky to be part of it.

Silver Tree puts its residents first and foremost in everything we do. Every day we work as as team to ensure a great environment that make our seniors feel safe, comfortable, and at home!

Great company! Beautiful building and the team atmosphere is amazing!

They have employees write multiple 5 star reviews for their 60+ properties, which in my opinion is unethical. They ignore resident concerns. They hire (at least where I live) managers who don't know HUD rules/policies/how to figure rent, don't communicate with the residents, don't return emails, phone calls or messages. They say they will do something and then don't. They appear to only care about money and not the people who live in these senior properties.

And..I can say that Silver Tree Residential has The MOST HOSPITALITY than ANY other
Management Company in The Memphis,TN. area,that accepts H.U.D assistance for Seniors! I have only lived in one other,but word gets around this town..lol.
..Anyway ..I failed my Apt.inspection that they do every 3mo. Due to having a foot fracture.And..instead of giving me a hard time about it..They helped me get everything back to normal..They really do care about people here..We are more than just a RENT CHECK!! I really do Love&Appreciate my Home here
