Silver Palace Chinese Restaurant Review

Walked in with my family for dinner last night. Hostess walked us to our table tossed the menus on the table and kept on walking. She didn't say anything else, my youngest daughter kept following her because she didnt stop like they normally do to indicate which table you will be seated at. The waiter stopped by to drop the crunchy strips and he was rude too, he didnt wait for my husband to give him room to place the plate down. My husband looked at me, and we got up and left the place. It wasn't busy... I'm not sure what the problem was, we will not be going there again. They lost loyal customers.

By far one of the best places to come get Chinese food. But their wonton soup is to die for. A very friendly staff waiters and waitresses are always ready and available to help you out I think it's family oriented and it's great for big groups.

There's a old vibe here, in a very good way. I love the atmosphere and food, and how these people keep the tradition alive after so many years! You feel you're in a movie, eating Chinese American food back in the 1970s.

Great service, fast and delicious food! This'll be our new spot for chinese food, loved it!!

Great food and very friendly staff. We had several dishes. The candied walnut shrimp was especially delicious. We went to celebrate a birthday. The staff gave the Birthday girl cake and sang Happy Birthday!

Prices are too high for the serving sizes, food was bland. I will not revisit.

Found it by coincidence was looking for Mexican but the restaurant was closed lol. Ended up in this little joint was hesitant because the outer part of the building was not let's say inviting... since we stepped in we were greated like we were the VIP good service check, food was delicious to our surprise check. We have been looking for a Chinese restaurant with good food and great service ever since our favorite place closed down a few months back. A little 25 - 30 min drive but worth it for us definitely will go back. Thank you Silver Palace for showing us the importance of a customer to you...

My co-worker Luis just gave me a dumpling to try....I am going to have to make it to this place...totally awesome dumpling with with that awesome tangy dipping sauce....

Love the food and the service here. Consistently gets A grades. If you've been to Chinatown, you'll know what I mean.

So delicious and filling. The server was funny too. You can easily over order the amount of food that you get so try to order on the light side. We had so many boxes of food because we ordered so much for a birthday party. We took most of it home, but still to save you from the large bill.

Best service ever, not to mention the food was wonderful. A group of us Ladies went to Lunch after Bible Class at the Silver Palace and had a wonderful Lunch. Two of the ladies in walkers and had no trouble, the waiter actually parked their walkers after seating them and returned them when ready to leave (great service). The food was fantastic and large portions for lunch, to go boxes for most of us. I had the pork chops and boy were they ever tender and tasty too. Every lunch looked wonderful, I can hardly wait to go again! A value for the price, under $10 for everyone with tip. Some menu items are cheaper! A great buy for the buck!

Friendly Service. Clean environment. Food was served hit n plentiful. Highly recommend there house chowmein n kung pao shrimp.

Was really disappointed with food on this last visit, served warm and lacked favor too.
