Remarkably clean, very focused on safety at the time of Covid, machines kept up, great variety of exercise alternatives. Staff is to be complemented on their compulsive focus on the health of the clients.

Great gym. 2 squat racks, olympic lifting platform, bumper plates, dumbbells up to 120, 25 yard pool, hot tub. Highly recommend.
While your facilitates are beautiful - the rules are never enforced. The same guy has been chewing nasty very potent smelling Tabacco for years. I've complained as it says no tabacco products but he continues. The same lady that lies naked in the sauna, does yoga in the sauna, eats her lunch in the sauna, shaves her head in the sink, drys her sweaty clothes in the sauna cut it out its disgusting. Enough is enough I've compliained and nothing happens.you know who they are make them stop.
Tanya, membership director is unprofessional and incompetent, she is the sole reason I have terminated our membership. You would think that a membership director would be better trained to deal with customers, especially when they are inquiring about their dues. There are plenty of other gyms in the area...I recommend that you join one of those...
I'm not much of a gym rat, but the pool is great and the girls at Made Salon are the best!
I LOVE the silver mountain in town but the one in Kimball has the rudest staff. They seem bothered when you ask for anything. They definitely need to be checked in by management of some sort. Very disappointed by their attitude. I believe her name is Jen.
This is an extremely clean gym with top of the line equipment and an amazing personality all around. I have lived around the country and traveled a lot for work and have never found a gym as legit as this one anywhere. They have great equipment a wide variety of free weights/machines and nice cardio equipment. I love the spin bikes and classes. They also have a Jacob s Ladder and even AstroTurf inside with a weight sled or tire you can push. There is literally something here for everyone. They also have a great outdoor area with two pools and a cool muscle beach set up with huge rings. There is an amazing staff that is always happy to help or make you a delicious smoothie. They also have a great indoor hot tub, dry sauna, and a massive steam roam. Aside from all of the TV s it has great views of the mountains that are amazing to look at while you get your sweat on. If you re a local or visitor I cannot recommend this gym highly enough.
I love how clean this gym is and everyone here is so nice! The front desk staff is always smiling and happy to have you there. I think the guys name was Joe he was especially kind and asked me how my day had been and how my workout was. I will definitely be back.
The service in this place is AWFUL!!!, the employees don't have the right information of their their own club. This place is over price is dirty the equipment is old and some of the weight lifting machines are so outdated they are dangerous, I will never go to this place I had really bad experience.
Great club when they open on time - which can be a problem like it was on Saturday 11/28. Supposed to open at 7am "but" was still not open when I left at 7:30. Very frustrating!
Good facility but staff rarely shows up on time. From June - July 2019 they have failed to show up 4 times and open the gym at 5am when they are supposed to open. The sauna and steam room are always broken.
I've had a membership here for the past 2 years and I've really enjoyed being a member. I personally like to swim a lot for my workouts so each gym having a heated pool is really great for me. I also appreciate how the front desk staff always remembers my name and says hello. I don't take classes, but my wife does and enjoys the barre yoga classes.
If there is ever anything of issue, I let the front desk know and I have to say the clubs are quick to make repairs or changes as requested. I like to work out at the Kimball club because it is a little more quiet and not as busy as the Prospector one.
Wonderful workout facilities, and the outdoor pools and jacuzzi was absolutely wonderful. Well heated.
Best massage!!! Worth every dollar every time!
I love that I can workout, sit in the hot tub then get a massage and more if I had more time.
Plus they have on site child care. (Kids cabin)
Great exercise facility. Best in area, among best in region. Women's locker room is abysmal and inconsistent with the exercise facility. Cost for visiting the facility totally overcharged for the women's locker/shower/changing rooms. Tried to talk to management about it -- no interest on their part. Not worth the visitor rate for the mess in the locker space.
Really friendly staff & prices are decent. Got me in for my pedicure right away.
Came in for a couples massage and to use the spa facilities. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best massages I ever had. Would recommended Rex and Janet.
The spa is a great place to get a quality massage or hair cut. The nail care seems very busy, but have yet to get mine done. The prices are very reasonable and the high quality massages are professional and have massage therapists with many years of experience. Many of my family go there for their hair care, regularly. I've seen some places charge twice as much and it seems you are mostly getting just the atmosphere.
The absolute RUDEST members I have ever come across. I joined for my mental health once they opened after Covid and man do I regret it. Unless you are white and over 60 you are not welcome here. I have been approached by members critiquing how long I've used a machine/ how I wiped it down/ how I'm in their way ENOUGH. Some older member even called the cops on a guy last month and management did absolutely nothing about it. Do not join unless you fit their criteria of entitled culture.
