PATIENTS BEWARE!!! I would give this place 0 stars if I could! My mom came here for an operation and we had the absolute WORST medical experience. I never thought me or a family member would have to experience such incompetence and unprofessional behavior from medical personnel. Nahla Merhi (I refuse to call her Dr. because she absolutely doesn t deserve the title) was the surgeon and provided the worst service I have ever witnessed. I am a nurse and have worked with many doctors and medical professionals across multiple settings and in my entire career I have never seen someone this terrible and offensive. She completely dismissed my mother who was in so much pain post-op and said that she must be a drug addict if all the pain meds she had prescribed didn t work for her. My mom politely asked her nurse not to be seen by her due to the multiple negative interactions she had with Merhi and she INTENTIONALLY and CLEARLY dismissed her patients wishes and stormed into her room, saying she has privileges as a Dr to go wherever she wants in this hospital AND, as if that wasn t enough, she called us TRASHY PEOPLE as she stormed out of the room! We were in complete shock. A patient who already went through a traumatic experience and is sensitive to medications due to being an organ donor is a very easy going patient should never have to experience this level of harassment and rudeness from their doctor. My mom also spoke to board members and committee members who were absolutely no help at all and who told her to do whatever she wanted to do to make herself feel better. My family will never be returning, I will never recommend this hospital and I highly recommend you find another doctor to prioritize you and provide you the quality care you deserve.

I was treated with the best care at silver, i was super scared at the ER and the nurses and doctors assured me and got me back as quick as possible! They were able to change my medication and get me home ASAP!! they re really doing a great job considering how things have been during covid! special shout out to the triage team on august 24! they were awesome!

I had a very good experience at Silver Cross! My entire med staff over the 2 days, was awesome, attentive, personable & caring! My surgeon, Dr Mar, is wonderful!! He is the nicest doctor ever! Words cannot express how wonderful a person he is, inside & out. From Nurse Blake, Gina, Selena, & Melissa to Dee, Isaiah & Ashley, go team go!!! My only complaint would be the beds I feel like the bed heightened my level of pain!! Other than that, amazing place! Let me not forget Dr Argalwald(sorry for misspelling)!!!

I have no idea why people hate Silver Cross Hospital. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! I'm a regular patient it feels like and no other Hospital made me as comfortable and sweet as this Hospital. When I had back surgery with Dr. Rinella, the hospital made a platform for me to be able to get on and off of the bed. I'm only 3' 10 so it's impossible for me to do it on my own let alone after back surgery. They also modified one of the chairs in my room. Like who does that. Well Silver Cross Hospital does. I have had 3 surgeries here and in my life I had about 20. So I know Hospitals. I only had one rude nurse. Yes ER is kinda rude but the last time I went there it was great. Please let Silver Cross Hospital change your mind. And thank you Silver Cross Hospital for all that you do. Will come be a patient once again no doubt.

I had spinal surgery in March at Silver Cross, done by Dr Khan the neurosurgeon! Every one at Silver Cross was very kind and professional! Dr. Khan and all his staff were the best I ve ever had take care of me. We are truly blessed to have such a outstanding hospital and such wonderful doctors in our area. I would say if you need a great neurosurgeon call Dr Khans office and if you need a caring hospital Silver Cross is where you want to go.

My loved one was treated here for a medical condition and left with a smile. She said she witnessed staff continuously disinfecting door knobs and counters which eased her anxiety. She also said the staff made her feel welcomed, safe and comforted. Thank you for all that you do in caring for our loved ones!

I had an excellent involvement with Silver Cross! My whole drug staff over the 2 days, was great, mindful, charming and mindful! My specialist, Dr Mar, is great!! I was in the ER last week. I have to tell you from the ER to the staff upstairs (I had to stay overnight), and I wish I could remember what floor I was on, but everyone is so awesome! Professional, kind, and courteous. I can't say enough good things about everyone. Thank you all. Great hospital.

I call Silver home away from home. I have had many stays with Silver Ross as a transplant recipient. My care has always been very kind and thorough. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I have always felt my care was top notch. No complaints from me. I even enjoy the food.

My husband received excellent care while a patient at Silver Cross Hospital. The staff are kind and caring. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. He said the food was good! Thank you for having 5 star healthcare in our back yard. We highly recommend!
