I have no idea why people hate Silver Cross Hospit...

I have no idea why people hate Silver Cross Hospital. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! I'm a regular patient it feels like and no other Hospital made me as comfortable and sweet as this Hospital. When I had back surgery with Dr. Rinella, the hospital made a platform for me to be able to get on and off of the bed. I'm only 3' 10 so it's impossible for me to do it on my own let alone after back surgery. They also modified one of the chairs in my room. Like who does that. Well Silver Cross Hospital does. I have had 3 surgeries here and in my life I had about 20. So I know Hospitals. I only had one rude nurse. Yes ER is kinda rude but the last time I went there it was great. Please let Silver Cross Hospital change your mind. And thank you Silver Cross Hospital for all that you do. Will come be a patient once again no doubt.
