Silvercloud like to call professional offices in the middle of a working day asking if they could just have "a little advice". This ensures that you don't hang up initially. They then proceed in to a sales pitch which includes the name of another professional in your sector, i think this is supposed to impress. Our plug was French Duncan! At this point you will probably still have no idea what it is silvercloud actually called you for, 10 seconds later it will hit home that it was just another cold call from just another salesman wanting to sell you some telephony.

Great service and excellent customer service. Always at the end of the phone if you need any help advice or information.

Great service and highly recommended. Was looked after by Allana McVey who came in past our funeral parlour to complete all the paperwork, and took care of everything required to cancel my contract with BT. It was estimated to have new phones installed within 6 weeks but this was done a lot sooner and the engineer made a tidy job of it all. If i have any problems, i just call and it is dealt with immediately .
