Silantro Review

Good food. But lately I've noticed that the servings are getting smaller.

The taste of foods are good and worth its price. There's indoor and outdoor tables.

I only hope that they either add branch or expand their space to avoid long que.

Beef Nachos is really good. Other food in the menu is okay.

Generous servings, reasonably priced, but most importantly great flavor.

Food was really good for the price. We ordered the Paella and nachos. Had to wait for a while before we were seated because of the line.

Silantro is one of those hole-in-the-wall eats along the long strip of restaurants along Kapitolyo that will really give you the best band for your buck. This might be the reason they are always full to bursting, even at 10PM.

Tip: If waiting is not your thing, plan your visit to Silantro. I've discovered that on a weekend it's best to have hearty brunch at 11:00AM; on a weekday, a late lunch 2:00PM is the best time to avoid the lunch crowd.

I like the ambiance and the food tastes good. . .it needs an expansion though. . .

Food is great and filling. Price affordable. Staff accomodating. No parking.

Quality still the same after all these years. They still have large servings at affordable prices. Place gets full easily even if isn't lunch/dinner time.

Best beef nachos in the Metro! Loaded w smokey cheese & beef chunks! The ribs, porkchops and paella are really quite a treat too!

The food is very affordable and the serving size is big, a plate is good for 2 people. The food is scrumptious. The only thing that I don't like is waiting for a table since the place is crowded.

Their best seller? Beef Nachos, as what I remember. The amount of serving is a shocker to the price of the order. @190 bucks and good for 2 or more. The serving is a lot.
A must try for cheese lovers and borrito fanatics. ;)

Unhappy with the service. On a very hot and humid day, their A/C was practically dead. The least they could have done is bring out a fan or two. And the waiter actually asked me a silly question, "the waiter that took your order awhile ago, did he pay attention?" I couldn't believe my ears. Okay level food with big portions but drowned out by poor service. Sadly.

Just want to give a Kudos to the staff for excellently managing the queue and setting expectations about the our food.

We ordered the caliente chicken wings x2 ( each plate has 5 wings), FRESH dalandan juice (please order without the straw), paella and beef skewers. They come with 3 free sauces too.

The wings are a siders variant but can be good as the main dish too with your paella rice

They have an airconditoned area and non, park at your own risk because the location is semi-private. They only had 1 toilet and it was kept clean. The place had no odor too.

Over all paid amount was 1200.

The FOOD IS SUPERB. A MUST TRY FOR EVERYONE. Expect long lines on weekend nights. Same experience and menu with other Silantro branches. Booze is available but ordering is not customary because it will make more people stay longer.

Food is great! Nachos, Quesadillas and Kebabs are my fave. That's why you won't be surprised with the long que waiting to be seated. You might want to drop by early so you can get seats.

We were totally dissatisfied with our last visit, we've been dining here multiple times and I'm slightly disappointed with the serving of the food compared to our first and other visits. They have gone expensive, especially our favorite Caliente Wings and the cheese on the Nachos were very few as well as the tomatoes, we had to order an additional small bowl of Nacho Cheese to be satisfied. It would probably be much better to have the price up a bit and the serving size the same.

Famous Fil-Mex in Katipunan! It s worth the buzz. They had options for a vegetarian like myself. I had Chipotle Salad + Mushroom Soup. My friends ordered Beed Burrito, Lengwa Burrito and Nachos. They said it tasted gooooood. I did like my soup, but not so much the salad.

Except for the long line, it was a satisfying experience. Food is delicious and affordable while staff is fast and attentive. Don't miss out on their beef nachos!!
