I'm going to a college for game design pretty soon, and my laptop is a little weak to run some of the programs I need for classes. Already so much more powerful than anything else I've worked with. I thought setup was going to be tough, but it was easier than setting up the laptop! Definitely worth the price.

Easy setup great looking love the colors definitely recommend.

Got in the computer and was packaged perfectly. Once I set it up, which took two seconds, I was able to start gaming and working on unity game development right away!

The computer I ordered actually came faster than expected. The computer (I got the iBuyPower BB980 Gaming Desktop), It runs very well, all of the lights work properly and look nice, I don't have any complaints!

just an amazing pc really beautiful stunning... that is until I pulled off the back panel and saw the nightmare of tangled wires stuffed in the back and the hard drive and hard drive holder were just loose in the case. for the price I paid I think a cover box would have been appropriate as it was just shipped in the regular box for everyone to see or steal... the mouse is cool the keyboard leave more to be desired as the space bar needs to be pressed in the middle or it sticks to one side and has a completely different feel than the other buttons which feel good coming from using a mechanical keyboard... ill probably just buy a new one once I get the rest of the setup finished.

Recently bought my first dedicated gaming computer and am super happy with the whole experience. No issues with unboxing. Everything is smooth and sexy.

A lot of computer for the money. Really appreciate the speed of the processor. It is very colorful too! Just not impressed with the keyboard, it is kind of chunky for me as I am used to the quiet keyboards. The appearance is nice though!

Absolutely love this computer. I am a game programmer, and need to be running not only my games but also all the development software at the same time. This computer handles it wonderfully and the price was reasonable. However the service that iBP provides is pretty top tier. If you don't have the knowledge or time to build your own, they will do it for you, and do it very well.

My only gripe is that it took a month and a half to get to me. There is probably a big backlog right now.

I got a computer at Costco from these guys, I would first like to say this computer looks amazing. The water cooling IO for the CPU is so much better than just a fan. The lights all change to whatever colors you want, as well as like 10 different patterns that you can select from and customize. The speed of setting up the computer is way faster that the one computer I got from dell 3 years ago. 2060 super GPU is also amazing. Highly recommend if you have the money.

My partner noticed Costco had a great deal on a PC built by iBuyPower, so I purchased it through there knowing my PC would be solid. Definitely did not disappoint! Solid build. No issues with getting it set up. The specs are performing as expected. Perfect for upgrading as time goes on.

Purchased a gaming PC through Best Buy and when I finally got my new setup and was able to hook everything up I was very impressed with how easy it was to customize my settings. I haven't done too much with it yet but I am already impressed with the speed and ease of use. Now to get used to a real keyboard again and not one attached to a laptop. :) Would definitely recomment iBUYPOWER.

Purchased my first gaming computer model: BB984V2, so far its good and quick having a Intel Core i7 processor with an amazing graphics card Nvidia RTX 2060. The PC is relatively quiet. The only issue I had was upon unboxing and plugging in everything noticed that the mouse was defective, called iBuyPower they were able to send me a replacement gaming mouse.

I have heard numerous responses about Ibuypower as a company. I ordered through their ezbuilder option. The customer service reps were very helpful throughout the experience. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the lack of communication not only I but the HR team received from the floor. My case was out of stock and I wasn't notified until 3 weeks after my purchase. Pc came after the hiccup but it looks stunning and works exactly as expected.

Got the ibuypower BB986 from best buy and just received it a few days ago. I have had no problems so far with the pc, however the keyboard it came with has a stuck space bar. Other than that, the pc is super fast and can run all my games on max settings. Super satisfied with my purchase.

I would like to say best buy is the best place to buy a gaming pc such as ibuypower pc. those pc's are the best for gaming ,work etc.

First PC in many years and wanted to get something that would be able to handle gaming and school. Was extremely easy to set up and I have had no issues so far. This was a great alternative to building my own PC. It also allows for easy access to upgrade components in the future.

It wasn't hard to choose the best value for your money during this pandemic. Free shipping was nice and everything came home safe and sound. Easy set up.

So far I love this pc. its liquid cooled and the led lighting is awesome. there isn't a game I haven't been able to run yet.

Bought a PC from them... arrived in two days. Was exactly as described, no issues when setting up. Runs perfectly! Would recommend.

I ordered a custom-build PC from Ibuypower, and it took them over a month and a half to get my PC built and sent to me. I would have been fine if the inconveniences stoped there, since I understand that Corona could be a big factor for the longer wait times. What was unacceptable was the fact that the company SENT ME THE WRONG RIG THAT WAS MEANT FOR A DEVIN IN A WHOLE OTHER STATE. This other customer received my pc and we were told we would receive a return label for over night shipping. The label they gave us to return the pcs was ground shipping and the most compensation the company was willing to offer for this whole inconvenience was one day shipping (from ibuypower once they received my pc back) and a $25 keyboard. This is the compensation i was offered for their major mess up and a $1.47k rig. The other Devin who got my PC sent me pictures of it via FB and he was literally turning on and using my PC for days. I did not pay for a used rig, I payed for a new one. When I asked IBUYPOWER to rectify this and send me a new prebuilt rig similar to my previous specs, worth 1.5k (I was not trying to wait another month and a half for a custom build), I was told that I would have to wait for them to receive the rig a week later in order to get a refund and then order the prebuild, offering no compensation of any kind for this massive inconvenience and expecting me to shell out more money to a company that clearly doesn't value their customers. They would much rather save a measly $30 rather than correct THEIR mistake. I canceled my order because I refuse to do business with such a shady company thats been nothing but headaches from the start. I encourage anyone thinking about purchasing from IBUYPOWER to look elsewhere.

I purchased the BB984V2 and love it so far. Great company and great product. Very user friendly. Description was very accurate. Exceptional value for the product offered. highly recommend for anybody in the market for a gaming PC.

I've had IBUYPOWER for a while now. Being IBUYPOWER was my first ever gaming tower I LOVE IT. Since getting it I have yet to have any issues with it and continue to Develop games, Play games with no issues, and even be able to stream games! Although the keyboard did break (It was my fault not the companies) I still love IBUYPOWER They are cheap and affordable. Would highly recommend picking one up It could change your gaming experience forever.

I purchased a gaming desktop from iBUYPOWER Intel i9-10900K - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super 8GB - 1TB SSD. I have had it for about three weeks now and it has been running wonderfully. I had to go into the BIOS to reset the fan as it was running loudly, but the solution was actually provided by an employee on reddit, which made it simple. After that, I've had zero issues. Games are running at high quality with high FPS and I am able to stream with OBS without using a ton of processing power. It's working out great!

I wanted to wait two weeks before writing my review. I have now had my new gaming computer for 17 days now. It BY FAR has been the easiest computer set up I have ever done. All I had to do was attach the Wi-Fi antenna, plug it in, and download Steam and Discord. Everything was fully updated and ready to go the moment I turned on the computer. It took until last night (16 days after setup) for me to have to update Windows once. If you want the easiest computer setup known to man kind, please look here!

Ordered a Slate MR BB972. Reason for 4/5 stars is because the HDD cable was damaged upon arrival. Expecting to get a replacement cable. PC has been running smoothly so far.

This computer came at the perfect time and is probably the best PC I have ever owned so far in my life. Being an adult rocks. Bout my only complaint with the thing is that it doesn't come with a monitor.

Bought my new rig from them, loving how it looks. The RGB controls are easy, the power is good, just be ready to spend quite a bit. Worth the price.

After having one of the worst PC's for about 6 years, I needed an upgrade badly and fast. I went from having an integrated graphics card to a 2080 Super, which was a huge difference in performance. After buying the BB973, I was immediately satisfied with the product. It has more than enough performance and could handle 100 FPS in almost any AAA game. I'm amazingly satisfied with the product, and if you want to have a reliable computer for a long time that's also upgradable, then definitely go with the BB973 or any other PC that IBUYPOWER offers.
