The drive thru at this establishment, is the worst I ve ever seen!! Literally I ve been waiting behind one motorist for 30 mins. Truly sad and disappointing, to know this is the only way I can bank with Sikorsky.

Suuuuuper slow, I wouldn t be surprised if everyone who works here is about to retire because they move like sloths. Never coming here again, gave them 2 chances and the drive thru is always a 10 minute thing. Go to the Shelton one.
I have been banking with this credit union for a long time now. It seem like for the past few years now there "customer interactions" has not been too friendly. I am a very outgoing and nice polite person and some tellers look so unhappy to be there and sometimes even rude. Some tellers don't even smile at you. It's so bad that I get better respect and service from the ATM at the branch.
Worst bank ever. Staff is not trained properly. They made a mistake that almost cost me $200. I was told I was getting my tittle in 10 business days and it s been 3 weeks and haven t received it.
Not sure what happened with this place but they have gone downhill very fast. Refinanced my mortgage and they have been unable to correctly set up automatic payments, even though the payments were set up automatically on the previous mortgage AND I've submitted the required paperwork 3 times. Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe the folks in customer service, and when they say that a branch manager or supervisor will get back in touch with you, it's a lie to get you off the phone. I'm close to refinancing at a higher interest rate simply to not deal with their horrible service anymore.
Horrible horrific..I am victim of scammer tried to work with there fraud team...left me hanging.. strange SMS texts multiple accounts money missing money rolled can't get answers fraud access to my account that left me hanging
Horrible, horrible, horrible. Employees are NOT friendly and annoyed you may be asking too many questions. Tried to get a home equity line cancelled, one I did not owe any money on, and it took me and the Town three months to get the paperwork. They had excuses beyond anything I had ever heard before, but never an "I'm sorry". When I did got my paperwork, it was incorrect by NOT having the "paid" stamp on it. I then had to go down to their branch and have it stamped. Spoke to a worker bee named Theresa who had no time to care what the situation was. Couldn't speak to the Supervisor, Ann Royal, as she was conveniently unavailable. If you can avoid this place, do so for your own peace of mind.
I have had my savings and checking with Sikorsky Financial Credit Union for decades. In the last 1 1/2 years they have had a huge decline in customer service and their website is difficult to navigate.
