I went with this insurance broker as a recommendation from my realtor. It went OK at first, although I kept having problems with my mortgage company saying they never got a bill from the insurance company and then my insurance would get canceled. Recently, my ensurer pulled out of home insurance and gave me a month or so to find new insurance. I called at least 3 times and was always told someone was working on my case and would get back to me, but I never heard anything. Its a good thing I looked on my own because I would be without insurance if I trusted what they said. They also put me in a ridiculously high policy.

I have been doing business with Sihle insurance group since 2014 and for few years, the service was consistently great, but starting last year 2019 it became very difficult as slower and slower response to any inquiry. And it takes few attempts for me to reach my account manager each and every time. I leave a message and have to follow up a day or 2 later for me to talk to someone. Last time I spoke with my account manager, I was shocked to hear that she didn't have time to go over all her messages yet even after 27 hours since I last called and left a message.

my experience with this company is not good at all. other people might be lucky. i applied for business insurance and it took maybe almost 2 months to get a quote and it was 1200 a month. i found an insurance company that quoted me less then 500 per year. my home owners insurance was with them for 9 years and it was already at 3200 per year. they told me that was the best i can get. well i found home owners insurance for 1200 a year. good bye good riddance thanks for nothing

Great company with attentive staff. Very knowledgeable about issues regarding Real Estate, storms and more. Team seems very interested in making customers happy. I found them able to offer insurance that other firms could not. Highly recommended.

I have been with Sihle Insurance group for several years now and I have not been impressed with the lack of professionalism. When my last auto policy was written I was told monthly payments would be 180.00. Come to find out the policy was written for 234.00 monthly because they documented that I owned my home when I clearly communicated I was a home renter. I excused them for this, however I was also informed that Infinity was the only company that would write my policy and come to find out I received a quote from Geico on my own that wrote a policy for me for 40.00 less per month with premium coverage. I also tried to get through to the agent several times who wrote the policy to let them know they spelled my name wrong and I never received a return phone call. I would not recommend their services AT ALL!!

I had been with Sihle for multiple years. Never had an issue. I put in a roof claim, new roof placed in December 2020. Since October 2020 I have had nothing but issues with this company. Fast forward to last Friday (Feb 2021), I get a hefty check in the mail from my insurance carrier. I yet again can get no one at Sihle. So, I call the carrier directly and find out that I do not have insurance with that company and haven t since January 9, 2021. So almost a full month with no insurance on my home. I call Sihle back and demand to speak with someone if my poor excuse for a policy manager can t talk to me. I was told they would call me back in 5 minutes because they were going to call people and find out what is going on. I have to call THEM back after two hours of nothing and EVERYONE HAS LEFT EARLY FOR THE WEEKEND. Needless to say, they have lost my business. Don t put you or your house at risk by using this company. I called a different company on Saturday and got insurance for almost 50% less.

My experience with Sihle has been a roller coaster. Initially everything went well and my policy was great. Honestly, after everything is setup, you really don t have to make changes or talk with them, especially after acquiring hazard insurance. But after 3 years of being a client, I ve realized too many negatives. Follow-up doesn t happen, my insurance price was raised astronomically and no new quotes have been supplied, and it just genuinely feels like no one cares. One time, I got a quote from someone else s policy, big oops in information security. I won t mention names, but I can say that as of now, I couldn t recommend them to anyone.

Tried contacting them in hopes to get some update or resolution. Nothing. No callbacks. No emails. Not even a response on here. This experience is not one I would wish on anyone.
