Great host and private experience in a beautiful spot. The team was exceptional and could tell this had great quality in every part of the business. I was there a few days before the fire and hope they rebuild better than ever!

I rate Signorello Estate Winery 5 of 5 stars. I first visited Signorello Estate over a year ago discovering it quite by accident. I was zipping along the Silverado Trail in Napa when I noticed for the first time their large street sign and had a chance to look up the hill to see the winery. Arriving at the winery-atop-the-hill, I was impressed by the compact but attractive building and hugely surprised to see the patio deck complete with an endless pool. In the tasting room, I can tell you that I enjoyed everything I tried, bought several bottles and made a mental note to return.

In the coming months, I tried to get into Signorello's parking lot two or three times without success, hey, these guys are popular! Note to self, come back early in the day.

My second (successful) visit to Signorello happened recently with me sitting outside their closed gate at 10:00:00. Arriving in the parking lot, I was again struck with the simple elegance and beauty of this facility. In the tasting room, I was greeted by Jacqueline who assisted me with a basic set of tastings. I was really impressed with everything I tasted. Jacqueline suggested that we move outside onto the patio for some additional tasting which was the best idea I've heard in a long time. It was a beautiful morning with a perfect temperature to sit in the shade by the endless pool. What is usually a 20 minute tasting experience slowed way down to nearly 2 hours of wonderful tasting, comparing, retasting and pondering choices. Jacqueline is a high energy person in constant motion helping and advising guests.

So, how did it turn out? I enjoyed everything that I tasted and can say without doubt, Signorello Estate wines are in the very high end of quality. I bought a bottle of: 2007 Padrone, 2008 Padrone, 1996 Petite Sirah and a 2010 Chardonnay Hope's Cuvee. Oh, I also signed up for the wine club and will be attending this year's club event for the Harvest.

What a wonderful afternoon with an outstanding wine educator. Signorello is a small family winery and everyone does everything. As a result they know all aspects of the business and have much to share. The wines are unique and following the loss of their facility in last year's fire they are truly rising out of the ashes with exciting new plans to complement their outstanding wines.

My husband and I celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary there last week and did the wine and food pairing. Executive Chef Britny Sundin's food was out of this world, and that paired with the remarkable wines from Signorello and the unbeatable view made for an Anniversary we will never forget. If you love great wine and great food, this is a must stop in Napa.

A beautiful vineyard set out of the owners private residence. There are some exceptional and unusual wines here such as my personal favorite, the pinot noir. It was a pleasure to meet Ron who looked after us and gave the tour.

Tried the 2013 Estate Cabernet tonight. Spectacular. Deep, structured, incredibly complex with soft tannins. Lots of earthy nose and pallet, with good fruit and camphor notes. Need to find a case of this.

My wife and I visited Signorello Estate on our engagement trip to Napa. We were shocked to hear that the infinity pool area was reserved for wine club members or if you purchased 6 bottles of wine. Our hostess was very kind and allowed us to sit by the pool when she heard that we had just got engaged the day before - but without sitting put on the patio overlooking the infinity pool, this would have been a very disappointing stop. The tasting room is nice - but feels very commercial, and the tasting itself felt very abrupt and rushed compared to other wineries we visited.
