Very central. Great meat. In the wine area. A great steak

We went with enough references from friends. We reserved a table for 2pm. And we were the first in the dining room. We ordered a salad and the famous chuleton. The service was fast and they forgot about us but yes the food is delicious one does not complain. The cutlet was a kilo or more but they didn't ask anything. The result was a steak made the day before with frozen potatoes all washed down with a wine that is offered from the house and you pay 100. What a disappointment never again and we will recommend our friends not to go any more. Thank you for spoiling our celebration.

They say it's the best txuleta in Bilbao. The level is really high. Do not forget to eat sweetbreads.

We found the place by chance. They indicated that there were good restaurants in the area. There is no price letter on the door and through the window you could see a small place with many tables together. But in the bar area you could see a lot of people eating standing up and it looked good so we went inside. The waiter who waited on us was correct but very dry. We were ushered into the dining room and seated at a table for 4. Quickly they brought us the letters. The truth is that in the menu there was not much variety (attached part of the menu in photos). We decided to try the steak as we looked and almost every table had steaks. The steak price was 37 per kilo plus VAT and they put a piece of 1'4kg for two people. EXCELLENT meat melted in your mouth. I can never forget that flavor. The best I have ever tasted !!! I recommend it to everyone who comes to this restaurant. I do not give a 5 star for the service ... I have not seen waiters more serious than the ones in this restaurant. And apart from the seriousness they released a couple of comments that were not relevant. They brought us 2 rolls that they later charged for. In total we ordered the cutlet, the 2 rolls, 2 soft drinks and 2 coffees 72.

A benchmark in lunches and dinners in the center of Bilbao. As a group we went to a dinner with a reservation and we tasted scrambled mushrooms, clams and green peppers. And of course cattle txuleta. And for dessert a bike, cheesecake and pantxinetas, all tremendous good.
Now yes, it is not suitable for all budgets, but that raw material so well elaborated and in the center of Bilbao is paid for. I enclose an invoice for a dinner of 9 adults.

We went to eat here today as it was our last night in Bilbao and we wanted to make it special. When we arrived we felt super awkward and the atmosphere was not welcoming at all. We decided to continue walking a little and to our surprise we found a place called 'Colombo' (super recommended) the treatment was great and the food great! The place is very pretty too.
